What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub allowed us to aggregate our efforts to a single location and tool. The ability to build, deliver, and track in one location is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the limit of the individual creative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for multiple tool uses and management - allows us to take crossfunctional activities and streamline them so our team can focus on outcomes rather than delivery.
New Layout Improves User Interaction of a Comprehensive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for years now, and it has transformed our marketing approach. The platform's new user experience is great, making it a pleasure to navigate and use frequently. As a small firm, HubSpot's diverse range of tools cater to to the various marketing needs we have had, ensuring that we can achieve our goals in a streamlined way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before the last platform update, the user friendliness/ease of which one would go through the various tools offered, was a bit clunky and you could accidentally click on one tab, then go to a different section of the website.
One other issue we have noted is the difficulty in changing certain administrative settings, which are set up when someone creates an account on the platform. For example if you change your email address, you are limited to using the original emal address you signed up with, instead of the new one that you use. This could pose an issue if you change hosts/domains and no longer have access to the previous website, which hosts your old email address.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us streamline our onboarding process by offering forms that capture client data and create contacts, which are added to our mailing lists easily.
Marketing tool that makes running ad campaigns easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall tracking integration that shows all the touchpoints touched by leads through email, ads, page views and how we can build wholictic user journey reports with HS's tracking/attribution model.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting side of things can better, more chart options, custom field options. The dashboarding too has to get to a level of Looker or PowerBi

CRM management, and then segregration of that database and then running ICP based marketing campaigns
Great marketing platform with many
What do you like best about the product?
Very big platform covering the absolute majority of our marketing needs. Very structured and feature-rich. Great UI.

What do you dislike about the product?
The drag-and-drop editor for email creation is poor. We have to create emails in an external drag-and-drop editor and export them to HubSpot.
The same applies to a landing page editor — the drag-and-drop capabilities seem weak to me, and to create a great landing page, you have to either code it or export from an external tool (but unlike for emails, there aren't many external landing page editors that support native export to HubSpot. In fact, I know only one).
Also, the UI changes very often, and sometimes, it becomes a challenge to find what you are looking for or perform a task that you used to do many times.

Easy to use - powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and learn quickly even if you are brand new to the tool. It has all the functionalities needed from a CRM and more with the new AI functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not report on a detailed level for LinkedIn ads (only clicks when a form submission has been captured).

It allows us to remove manual tasks and automate our marketing functions at scale.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Starter is the absolute perfect set of tools for a small business with a simple use case. There is no platform out there that is as easy to hit the ground running, bringing email, landing pages and CRM together seamlessly with end-to-end reporting.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing jump between starter and professional can be a hard pill to swallow, and I do believe prices out a lot of smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to report so accurately is next-level stuff. No more guesswork, and certainly no more trying to patch different data sources together.
Couldn't live without HubSpot!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a solo marketer so having everything under one roof makes my life so much easier. The tracking, analytics and custom reporting makes it so easy to refine the metrics that matter most to my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in b2b and would love more reporting options on company accounts rather than just on the contact level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes it so much easier to manage multiple channels all in one place. I can create templates for emails, landing pages, forms and workflows and seamlessy update what I need when I need to.
Marketing and Sales platform that works for you
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness and responsiveness of getting started with HubSpot is amazing. As a startup it's sometimes overwhelming which tool to use but with HubSpot we set up in days and used their powerful CMS function to launch our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that some features are only for the professional Hub, like integration of social accounts. Which is quite a steep jump in price if you're just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to build and update our website pages and to build personas based on the form submissions.
A robust tool, powerful automation, but lacking support
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot for 7 years and I find it easy to use and quite flexible in customisation, albeit needing to be on the higher tiers to unlock this kind of value. It brings together our sales, marketing and customer success teams efficiently and helps us to provide a seamless experience to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over the years the level of support from Hubspot has decreased significantly, while also paired with introducing more complex pricing structures. For a growing business, this is challenging. If it was paired with product improvements perhaps I'd feel differently. Product feedback is directed to their forums, which remains left unheard or acted upon.

Hubspot gives us a rich profile of our prospects and customers. Workflows and sequences ensure we're delivering the right message at the right time and keeps our teams all on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Hubspot include a wealth of tools to solve the problems we are facing, but where Hubspot falls short, or doesn't quite do exactly what we want or need it to do, there are an infinite number of integrations to connect the dots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is so robust, I am certain there is so much more that I am paying for that I haven't had the time to figure out how to implement into my business. And there are certain very basic functions that should work better, and I fear that Hubspot relies on some of their many integrations to fill in those gaps without consideration for the sometimes additional costs associated with those integrations that should not always be relied on.

Hubspot connects my team in valuable ways that help us to serve our clients. It helps us to automate actions and track progress, and I know that with time and patience, I will be able to get so much more value from HubSpot. There just isn't enough time in a day to learn it all.
