Overall pretty damn good!
What do you like best about the product?
I switched to Hubspot 4 months ago after using a number of other platforms to market our business. Having everything in one place has saved us time, given us better insights to what content is working best, helps us write content and keeps our messaging on brand with the brand voice tool.
The Ai content creator is amazing. Give it some content as a base idea and it will be expanded in your brand voice, review and then publish as blog, webpage,landing page or to social.
We are paying a premium, but think of Hubspot as part of the team to help achive our goal of business growth.
There are some tools we could be using better and we will learn them as we go.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is the size of how big a service it is. There is heaps to learn. If you can afford to pay a hubspot pro to setup the account, do it as your setup will be better and faster

Having our entire marketing system in one place rather than several tools

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create high quality content and then distribute it automatically through the many workflows and sequences we have set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organization of assets and templates is clunky at best. There should be a tagging feature that allows you to easily organize like items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its removing the need for 3rd party apps and allowing us to do the marketing work directly integrated with our Contact data.
Beginner Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I've been in marketing for 2 years and would not consider myself an expert in much, but I do think I'm becoming an expert in HubSpot Marketing Hub. I love that my campaigns are in one place, and I can customize my views of emails. This has made analyze campaign/email data much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any email builder, with HubSpot Marketing Hub - Emails, you find yourself limited in what you can create and design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for me to analysze mutiple social media accounts in one place.

The AI helper in content creation & the ease of creating different forms of content, the ease of integrating with other API's

Not much, I find it easy to navigate & simple to be succesful with.

HubSpot keeps everything a business needs in one place. Which makes correlating data and making decisions easier.

That the mobile version of web design is a huge headache.

Keeping all my customer and marketing data in one place. Giving the team access to everything needed to make proper business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Great value for the buy, it offers lots of friendly user interactions and overall is a good user experience.

I haven't had any complaints about hubspot.

It's keeping track of all client data, and making my job 10x easier!
Used for years but price was too expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hubspot for years but as a small business owner, the pricing is just too expensive. There's plenty of other tools on the market that are less expensive. You really need Hubspot for more enterprise level

reduce pricing for small business owners that are just needing a tool to keep track of clients

It helps me learn more about which pages on the site is driving the most traffic

Great Resources for Our Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to using Hubspot, my team has founds versitiles uses for many of the Hubspot features. We started to just use it to host landing pages for advertising and now we use it for most of our ad campaigning and small projects. It has allowed us to really grow are marketing capacity as well as test our ideas and really hone in on targeting the audience that we want. I love using the product becuase there is so much you can do inside the sofware. Additionally the customer support has been great. Whenever we had questions or just wanted to see what less would be possible with Hubspot they team was great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only things I don't like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that they layout doesn't always make sense and it can be very hard to find what you want at times. There have been times were if I don't do something often in Hubspot I struggle to remember how to do something and have to use the help center.

I am not sure about that
Its a powerfull tool to be in the right time and in a right user
