What do you like best about the product?
Ease of contact for customer support and timley replies.

It would be a bit more user friendly and takes some getting used to.

Automations workflows so we are not having to manually schedule our campaigns.

How easy it is to sort contacts based on company, email, etc.

It can be difficult to perform bulk actions, like bulk deleting or making custom lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to see who's engaging with us, reach out to them with personal email campaigns, etc.
Marketing Hub User experience - ease of use with the total CRM function
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple and straightforward it is. We use webflow, and the integration is a whole lot easier with it's integration of forms for demand gen campaigns. Extremely convenient to host content marketing channels and track them under a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Marketing Emails - More featured templates designed by Hubspot team.
2. Landing pages - if there's some way you could make the LPs directly sync with the website so that they follow the same format and design principles

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI integration is a GPT 3.5 wrapper and the lack of customization in the prompts and results is pretty bad right now. I'm hoping that they can fine-tune the AI feature to make it more customized and driven by the knowledge base directly. With defined voice and style.
HubSpot Makes Handling Customer Inquiries a Cinch!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used plenty of CRMs in my career as a public affairs professional and call center manager and even the bigger companies have trouble keeping up with what HubSpot can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve is the ability to collaborate with other employees within the organization. This is an area many CRMs struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for a variety of projects with a variety of clients and each client loves the platform. HubSpot is the flexible and versatile soluton you are looking for.

As a Community Leader it helps me organize my cities into manageable groups and create customized experiences for them.

Sometimes the technology isn't intuitive and I need support to help me

Easy to use! Crafting the content and scheduling is very easy, handy to pull from already segmented lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the content editor for marketing emails was a little more flexible with its options. Biggest pain point is editing a marketing email on mobile.

Ease of reaching customers and sharing updates - it's very easy to contact our customers and keep them up to date on new developments.

Nothing stands out that is really terrible. I think that my role is unique that I probalby don't maximize that best use case. If it had better Public investor targeting i'd love it more.

I went to look for the AI writer button to help me here, but it sadly wasn't there. So I guess we'll go with that: the AI writing help.
