What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the comprehensive tool it provides for inbound marketing and also it's integration with the HubSpot CRM. Plus, there are tons of features to leverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub can be expensive at certain levels for small businesses and start ups. It can also be somewhat confusing to ramp up on and may require the help of an agency or consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub provides and single source of truth and a single tool to provide nearly everything needed for marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one marketing features allows us to use all of the available features plan, design and execute campaigns in fastest time possible.

We have uses the social feature to schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
The email tool to run multiple campaigns quickly and A/B test the best performing campaigns. The landing page and form builders that allows us to quickly choose templates and build engaging product pages for campaigns.

The reporting feature is easy to navigate and provides insights that we have used to improve our overall strategy.


It's a must have marketing software for business of any size.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is long and we had to take help of a consultant to get acquainted with the tool.
some of the integration are not available and had to use 3rd party tools. Building dashboards for custom reports take time and it doesn't has features like powerBI.

I wish AI was a part of Hubspot reporting so that the tools could generate specific custom reports based on the specific requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for B2B marketing and it has helped us in running several large scale email campaigns that resulted in high quality leads. Also the automation feature is very interesting and helped us in qualifying the leads via email marketing automation.

We also use social media feature to promote engaging posts across multiple platforms using Hubspot as a central hub.

since it involves account based marketing and continuous lead profiling, we had to integrate Hubspot with other ABM tool. The intergration made our work easier and faster.

Landing page builder and chatbots are most used lead generation tools in our marketing campaigns. We have enjoyed building landing pages with the templates.

Hubspot is providing a Free certification course for EMail marketing and it would be helpful for the new learners. I would Recommend this tool for Content management and Best CRM Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how I have everything in one platform, smooth and streamlined. Didn't find this with any other solution so far. We use it for everything: Our forms on the website, email marketing, as CRM, workflows etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is very high, the free plan doesn't include automations at all and everything is branded. And the next plan is already at 792 per month which is a lot for a startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in one platform instead of multiple isolated tools that are not properly integrated. All working smoothly.

We like HubSpot Marketing hub because it interfaces with our martech tools and we are also able to clone prior assets to make new ones on brand.

Its our tool of choice among many other vendors so there is nothing that we dislike.

I adore the automated email processes that are based on consumer behavior and assist guide customers through the purchasing process.
Data-driven marketing decisions are made possible by easily navigable analytics dashboards that offer clear data on campaign performance, traffic sources, and ROI.
I also adore HubSpot's smooth integrations with other CRM, which provide marketing and sales with a single, cohesive picture of the customer journey. It functions similarly to a faultless call forwarding system, guaranteeing that no lead is lost.
