An intuitive and powerful platform that has levelled up our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly easy to use, and allows us to integrate all aspects of our Marketing and Communications work alongside our user journeys. We use it every day to handle our communications, digital engagement, and customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some specific features which we'd like to see handled natively by HubSpot for ease of use (such as event attendance tracking), but the wide array of available integrations eases this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Forms feature allows us to gather information from our prospective customers, helping us to provide them with the services they need, and the Email functionality is excellent - it has allowed us to consolidate all of our Marketing tools into a single suite.

What do you like best about the product?
The search makes looking for things easier, specially for a comprehesive app like this. Also, having one area for Sales, Marketing and everyone makes it easier really to track stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some stuff are a bit unintuitive. You might get overwhelmed trying to figure out how to do something. And if you decide to look for support via blogs you will definitely get lost, however, their support team is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A bit limited options for this tier than I expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Tool. CRM, MAP and SAP - All in One. We have highly individualised with custom properties and run a lot of automations. saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Database is limited and properties need to get over written eg someone fills 5 forms on 2 month, you will lose data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Build Worklfows and Automations to scale marketing without hiring a big team

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very intuitive and user-friendly, providing all the tools we need to execute our marketing strategy thoroughly, especially when compared to other platforms I have used before. Whenever I have an issue, customer support is fast and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with different CRM platforms can be complicated, but the support team was very helpful throughout the entire process.

It’s enabling us to create more effective email marketing workflows and campaigns, supported by real-time and comprehensive reporting.

What do you like best about the product?

HubSpot Marketing Hub's reporting features can sometimes be limiting without purchasing additional premium reporting tools, making it challenging to get detailed analytics.

Centralizes data

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest bennifit to Marketing Hub is that it centralizes your data to the rest of your team. Sales reps have all the information of the customer Journey at their finger tips, which also gives great insight to revenue operations. It elimiates the need for another integration, but HubSpot also integreates with some of the best mareketing products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't that many "speciall" things about it. The marketing email creator doesn't have different email abilities for mobile and desktop, and there is nothing really "wow" about the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CTA's and Form completions helps leads get managed properly and super effectivley.

Campaigns, forms & email marketing, easy colab between departments
What do you dislike about the product?
we use the forms for invitation management, there it's sometimes annoying that we can't delete a form from a list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using forms as leadsheets at events to capture lead traffic, it improved event anaylysis tremendously

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email marketing feature in HubSpot Marketing Hub; it truly feels like a powerhouse component of the platform. The nurture drips through workflow automation are incredible for ensuring that my leads are consistently guided through the funnel, and it reinforces the entire marketing strategy for my company. The data analytics aspect is also invaluable to me as it consolidates all my analytics in one place, providing comprehensive dashboards that enable me to pinpoint issues precisely, assess where campaigns fall short, and determine what requires amplification. I cannot imagine my company's marketing engine operating without these two features, as they constitute roughly 50% of the backbone of our marketing strategy. Moreover, I find the setup process extremely straightforward and would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 for ease. Anything that I do not immediately understand is swiftly resolved by the outstanding HubSpot support, which helps in figuring out solutions efficiently. The integration with Zoom webinars and Zapier enriches my workflow, further enhancing the tool's effectiveness.
