Very user friendly and integrates with advertising tools and CRM platforms
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use. integration with aad tools and GTM platforms give you great insight into user activity and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email and landpage customisation can be a little temperamental at times and require coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manages all contacts in one place. additionally, it can sort all advertising campaigns from different channels in one place.
It allows us to work at our best in all our marketing tasks

Hubspot Review - From an Integration Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
From a person who handles Integration in current company, workflows in Hubspot is a great tool to use and also the Custom code/Webhook support to help in getting data out of the system - is a simple but very effective means in order to cover any kind of 3rd party integration and also the other connectors marketplace support just adds in to the overall experience. Now from a general CRM user/customer perspective - Hubspot's CRM look and ease of use is simple when compared to other CRM systems out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same workflows - Custom code support is currently only "Javascript" based - where in we will have to have our Webhook URLs with Auth setup as an escaped Javascript code inside "functionSource" - this does the job - but could/should have been a little easier/straight forward having other languages/scripting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole Marketing team exclusively uses Hubspot - this gets our business rolling - everything starts with marketing :) for B2B/C.

What do you like best about the product?
Very flexible and has consistent product evolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price for SMB is high, but if you have a mature person to dedicate a lot of energy into implementing you can get good earnings and save a lot of money in the future with syncing databases, a lot of systems, etc.

Forms for logged-in users to get more control of processes.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's CRM is a total lifesaver! It's like having a super-powered contact list that talks to your social media accounts. You can connect with customers on Facebook and Instagram right from HubSpot, which makes things super convenient. Plus, their email marketing thing (they call it workflows) is ridiculously easy to use. You can set up fancy automated emails in no time, no coding required. And the best part? It all connects with our system seamlessly, so everything's in one place. Definitely recommend checking it out!

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing to keep in mind is their "billed marketing contacts." Basically, they charge you for contacts on your marketing list, and those charges can add up fast. Make sure you're actually using all those contacts before you add a bunch, because unlike a gym membership, you can't just cancel mid-month and avoid the bill. They'll charge you for the whole month even if you ditch it right after.
Overall, Hubspot's CRM is a great tool, but just be mindful of that marketing contact bill!

Tracking made simplified
What do you like best about the product?
When I try to track my campaign results, it's really hard to get a perfect CRM sometimes but Hubspot really crushed it due to features and easy integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead syncing may disconnect sometimes, but not really an issue since reconnecting it is really fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having difficulties in tracking the results from our ad campaigns since there was a mismatch between the platform and our backend. Hubspot solves this we're actually using HubSpot as our source of truth now
A great tool to help with sending out invites, newsletters and much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has an interface that is easy to understand and this makes it easy to use the tool. It's a great tool to use with client events, when tracking responses on event invites but it's also a great way to send out newsletters internally as you can get an idea on the team engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only really worked on newsletters and event invites, I am not the main person in our team that uses hubspot, so far I only have positive feedback for hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to see how engaged certain clients are, which is extremely important in my industry where we need to make sure our marketing is getting to the final client. This is allowing us to see which articles etc. are most relevant to the client and what content is being engaged with the most, helping us to tailor our content accordingly.

Using views, setting up workflows, Drag and drop landing pages

Campaigns - They do not make attribution easy.

To set up workflows based on prospect interaction with Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot's ability to track where leads came from so I can report on it is super helpful! Their tool is very user friendly and I love the automations as well. The fact that it integrates so well with GA, Salesforce and Wordpress is the best part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few challenges: 1) I would love to report on where leads came from (source) by lifecycle stage and how much I'm spending on each source to acquire those leads. For some reason, that data is not readily available. This would help me better assess where to focus my efforts and how the individual lead channels are performing. 2) Integrating hubspot forms with Wordpress can be tricky from a design standpoint. I wish they would make this easier. 3) The way they handle setting and removing marketing contacts has been a challenge for us because HS does not make it easy to set / remove them. I also cannot remove them in real-time for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution and reporting metrics on our marketing channels is benefitting us the most!
CRM for Professionals - Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and analytics. It is immensely helpful to know exactly how my emails are doing and when they are not hitting my targets. Also, through the active List features combined with saved Templates, I'm quickly able to create new emails and get them sent to the right audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm... that is tough... Maybe the integration features could be a bit better perhaps? It's a minor gripe...
