A fantastic all-round software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place. I can complete the whole breadth of marketing work from one easy place. Customer support is always available and extremely helpful. I use it every single day. It also integrates well with several other platforms we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list filters are sometimes very unintuitive and even though the functionality exists, it takes a while to be able to figure out what language and terms the platform uses to be able to get the functionality you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all of our marketing campaigns in one place which helps us calculate our ROI as a marketing team.
Friendly, powerful and helpful to grow and contact your clients-leads
What do you like best about the product?
Every part of the platform, when you visit it the first time, gives you a small step-by-step introduction so you can use it, it's very intuitive and helps me in a very easy way to plug together my web page, and social media to the CRM, with the plaintiffs it's fast to contact in a professional and well-designed way to my leads and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't use it to manage a project, in that we use Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To give an automated journey to our clients and leads, its a great way to manage all your contacts, deals, etc.

Page layout spacing is too large and notification banners always show up that take up so much space.

It's pretty expensive and it has a lot of restrictions on lower-tier accounts

A robust platform with all the tools in the same place
What do you like best about the product?
As the content marketing specialist at my company, I love that all the tools I use daily are in one place. The interfaces are super user friendly and the tools are easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have the bandwidth to learn it's full capacity! I'm sure there's more features that would be helpful for me to use that I just don't know about.

HubSpot is the perfect back end for our Recruitment CRM
What do you like best about the product?
For inbound recruitment HubSpot's Marketing Hub and Sales Hub provide us with the necessary landing pages, forms, email sequences, workflows and calendar automations that help us bring in candidates.
For outbound, when integrated with our own Referable AI sourcing platform at the front end, we have one of the most highly automated AI-powered sourcing platforms available.
We are glad we did this with HubSpot - so easy to use for both our technical team and users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our use case is unique: recruitment. Outbound recruitment in fact. Therefore yes, we do come across some limitations across the platform but we can work around them thanks to our technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being so easy to use, HubSpot Marketing Hub (and Sales Hub) helps is get content out quickly. Adding components like calendars to book meetings, narration for people to listen to content instead of reading, and so on make it unique.

Insights on who can see documents, social media posts, etc.

Sometimes shows incorrect data about emails.

The email automation platform to end all others
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and integration capability with HubSpot is simply unmatched. It allows us to segment our audience and create follow-up communication is any possible way that we want to in order to drive our customer communications in the most efficient way possible. It's a powerful tool that's also easy to use. Wonderful customer support, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all integrations are perfect, and the reporting tool still doesn't offer the same kind of flexibility and power that a platform like Salesforce does. Efficiently gathering customer data when we need to look at specific properties or cross-reference one data set with another can be a frustrating experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reach any combination of our audience segments in the most efficient way possible.
Easy to maneuver marketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ability to use Hubspot's benchmarking and optimization tools to be extremely helpful. I also really enjoy Husbpot's AI integration into emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The small thing I dislike is not being able to leave filters applied to what I'm working on. It requires that you open projects in multiple tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps provide a cetralized location for business and marketing data. That benefits me by allowing me to make the most informed desicions for my marketing campaigns.
Hubspot CRM for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's marketing hub is packed with alot of features although there are some missing features but overall everything works fine on my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the pricing, It's way to expensive for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majority of my leads are coming from different channels and before I am having a hard time categorizing what is lead. With HubSpot Marketing Hub its easier to define good leads and bad leads
