I love my life with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! I have been able to create workflows so prospects are followed up on quickly and not forgotten about. I have been able to get work from leads that I worked on for a year because HubSpot made it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more affordable to have all the features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company and our sales department was previously non-existent. I also don't know anything about Sales and Markketing, but I have been tasked with the job anyway. HubSpot is very user friendly and easy to learn. Now I can confidently say that we have an operational sales department.
All In One Place Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the data I could ever want is available at my finger tips. Ooh and the AI integrations, so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point makes it difficult to be able to invest and utilize for many companies.

Being able to schedule posts and look at what has been successful or not.

The social scheduling can be a bit inefficient at times

Helps us understand performance using metrics and the multiple user seats allows our whole team to have visibility into this
Hubspot is #1 for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's insights, and the fact that everything lives in one place, is the ideal way for information to live. The idea that the emails we send, the calls we place, everything shows up on the contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bugs me that they change the interface and add features so often, that sometimes I don't know how to do stuff I could do a month ago, because they changed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a single interface that integrates all my marketing, including social media. Rather than logging in to 12 things, I log in to 1. Which makes it easy for me, but MUCH easier for my entry level marketing folks who might not be super users.

Super high pricing for 3rd world countries really makes any upgrade impossible

Solved so much that we would have to do with two or more programs we can now do with one. Is a great system.
