What do you like best about the product?
Couple of things like you get email tracker and you can do bulk emails which helps in marketing and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flittering leads according to user preference could have been more easier. Filters are more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps in managing the data of my clients. Mainly, I can manage all the conversations which I had with a client in one single place. I can keep a track of all my day to day interactions with my clients.
HubSpot is a great marketing tool and always getting better!

I love some of the subtle automations that make follow-up easy. Mail campaigns are easy to set up and intuituve to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a dislike of HubSpot per se, but really something that exists with all CRM. You will likely need a "data cop" to make sure certain standards are followed to be able to have accurate reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool mainly as a CRM and acitivy tracking tool. It helps me stay on top of follow ups and stay on track.

So far, for me it seems an easy tool to use. I do not use so ofhten, but is intuitive and well implemented.

At the moment the only issue I found is the fact that I have to put my login details every time.

It is good to have one tool that helps in lead generation, data analysis, and marketing automation.

I really like that they have heavily implemented AI tools which saves me a lot of time.
As a small marketing team, using HubSpot Marketing really makes my life easier and it is very simple to use.
I do suggest getting a solution partner to help with integration.

I think that there are a couple of things that are still not that easy to get to on your own, especially in the setup.
Customer support while very availble, not always understands the issue. You need to talk to the correct person.

I get better analytics (much simpler than GA).

HubSpot helped us matching our target public with our advertising channels, it saved a lot of time.

HubSpot has a lot of features (that is good), but sometimes is a little bit difficult to be on the same page with the sales team

HubSpot helps with public connection with advertising channels, and is very good for checking other important stuff, like: contact forms, welcome emails, email marketing
An awesome all-inclusive product

It has tons of features and the customer support is top notch

There's a bit of a learning curve but nothing more than other platforms.

It saves me tons of times with automated sequences/emails. I love that it can track opens and clicks too.

User-friendliness is what makes the move so easy. HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful tool to help you centralize your marketing and your sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing, while I'm not sure how competitive it is, is very steep for small organization and it looks like we're restrained to so many useful functionalities that could actually help us. At my organization, a small Canadian charity, although we have great prefered pricing, we cannot afford any of the high-tech solutions that HubSpot seems to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to manage all marketing processes on a single platform, all funnels and content and additionally see results with customised reports. Plus I can integrate whatsapp to the inbox and create custom workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing I don't like is the price, it is a bit high for an SME but once you use it it pays for itself, the start up is hard but once you get it right it is worth every penny.

I can manage everything in one place and with the marketing team included by viewing reports.
