All In One Marketing Solution

Marketing Hub: User friendly and ready to go
What do you like best about the product?
As stated in my title, I find the marketing hub user friendly! Anyone can pick it up and get started. When I think about the type of market HubSpot Marketing Hub would impact the most it would be be any small business owners who need a foundation for collecting, storing and engaging with their leads or customers. The great thing is, even the free version or starter pack can equip users with plenty of tools to implement unto their businesses with ease. And users can range from tech novices to newbies and I still feel that they would not get too lost or overwhelmed as I find that the system is very intuituve. Additionally there are lots of resources available and a huge community to guide users how to make the most out of the CRM. A special mention to the accesible marketing courses by the HubSpot Academy.
Speaking from my firsthand experience within my company, in terms of frequency of use I don't use the Marketing Hub as frequently although I am the administrator. Our marketing team is on top of implementing these tools. However, I do consult with them on new tools and find solutions with tools available. With the exposure and experience I've had with Marketing Hub, I want to mention that I really like the ease of creating forms, markering emails and even knowledge bases. And how that all ties in together by building visual reports based off of the abovementioned platforms, and being able to analyze the performance of a campaign for example. I also like how you can easily create automations and workflows based on the same platforms. Creating a worfklow based off a platform allows me to continuously engage with customers while I sleep. Also with the new implementation of AI - it's a powerful and helpful tool that can inspire you to create captions and descriptions.
Integrating Microsoft Teams and Outlook to set up meeting links and logging emails have been easy to set up as well. For the meetings tool, after setting it up it doesn't require much maintenance and you can choose whether you want one on one or round robin which is great if you're working within a team or group.
Lastly, customer support has always been so helpful. I have had a number of ticket submissions throughout and each one of them have been responded to in a timely and professional manner. They also respond even if I have follow up questions to a ticket that has been closed so I appreciate that.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have mentioned that I do appreciate the customer support but I noticed there is no 24/7 chat support available. For me, I am okay with waiting for 24 hours or more to receive a response but there are moments where you have an urgent matter at hand and need help right away.
I also find that the enteprise level pricing to be expensive compared to other CRMs. Also the fact that you can have the highest tier but still have a limited number of "seats" is a bit of a drawback. Add ons can be a bit pricey too.
Further, I wish automations and emails had an option of of staggering emails instead of sending the email out all at once. For example I want to send a newsletter out by batches of 50 recepients per day, instead of having the entire list of recepients receive the newsletter all at the same day.

Social media management, Ads (Google Ads) and their conversion rates and measuring analytics, housing our lead capture forms (HTML based).
Worst using hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is good while we are working on our dashboards and marketing mails what we can send from the hubspot directly we don't have to do anything plus we can set sequences as well to send automatically mails and also hubspot is too good till now and some good things I've learnt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about hubspot is they don't have the segregation methods as per the DNP and on hold colomns because it will be difficult for us to understand. if we want to do that that is very difficult as we have to put them in different stages name

Hubspot marketing hub solving all the problem we can set in automatic mode and we can actually work on our marketing data the remaining it will go automatically that's what I like about hubspot and it helps us to save our time and maine concepts of marketing hub

Hubspot is easy to learn and use!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and to learn the system and easy to setup with the onboarding team. Now that we are on our own, answers are easy to find and online support is great. They usually send a video with loom that shows step by step how to do things that is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a new system to learn, but now I' m used to it.

Helpign me and team to keep track of deals leads and more. First time we hav ea system that people are using.

I love the convenience of having everything in one place. The ability to quickly see my results is fantastic. I can automate my emails, use forms for lead generation at trade shows, create tasks for my team, and leverage social media to help my teammates promote their personal brands more effectively. I'm using it everyday!

To enhance the user experience, it would be beneficial to implement a more structured beta testing program. This could include thorough documentation, user feedback loops, and scheduled updates. By doing so, users can be better prepared for new features and transitions, ensuring smoother integration and reducing any potential disruptions.

I don't like using multiples tools. Having everything in one place is the key.
Powerful & Easy to Use Martech
What do you like best about the product?
It offers an extremely comprehensive set of tools, and it features a robust app integration ecosystem. Not to mention, it's very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This doesn't happen a lot, but it has happened to me that the features of the different plans change, and as a result you may end up losing access to a feature or two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that you can have your CRM, sales and marketing tools all in the same place is extremely convenient, and the marketing automation options are almost endless.
Saves Time and Money and Fully Integrates for My Team
What do you like best about the product?
The full integration with our Sales Hub is awesome. Full information is available to my entire sales team without needing to upload files. It's easy to use for my marketing team and clear to understand for my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the integration is highly valuable the cost for Marketing Hub compared to other email marketing tools is pretty high.

An easy and integrated way to use our marketing messaging to our contacts and track their activity with us.
Benefits from creating Marketing campaings in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and the easy manage of the platform when trying to send massive email marketing for the prospects. It allows you to do it automatically, which is a save of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe sometimes when creating a marketing campaign, it becomes slow or it has some glitches, which is frustrating because we are constantly sending emails to our prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly don't know what problems they are solving, but I hope in the future it becomes faster to handle, and to send things.
