What do you like best about the product?
The features have streamlined my outbound efforts and the health score keeps your efforts in check by maintaining standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing necessarily at the moment. All is good for my needs.

It's streamlining my process and creating better processes with the robust analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I have all clients under one portal - it's easy to manage contacts-send emails, update, set reminders, track sales, promote campaigns - it's great. Also, there is a help icon that will guide you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me was building a list for targeting customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to gather target clients and share sales promotions, helpful information and so much more reaching all target clients at once.

I love this all in one platform, it seamlessy integrates marketing automation, CRM, analytics and so much more ! i can efficiently manage and optimize my marketing efforts, and the best part - it's super user friendly! great interface, very easy to learn and implement, and good customer support too!

its pricing structure - can make it challenging for smaller businesses

You dont need mutiple platforms ! with Hubspot you have everything needed in one platform!

I love how easy it is to navigate tickets

Sometimes chain emails open back up when the ticket has already been closed- or forwarded emails will come in the same ticket

the multiplication of tools, with HubSpot I have all my data and almost all my tools in the same place
It is the best CRM currently available
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hubspot is the reports. They are easy to understand, self-explanatory, very intuitive, and provide various relevant data. For the analytical part, it's amazing not to rely solely on spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The builder still has many problems and limitations. The call transcription part is still not faithful to what was said. Another point that bothers me is the report frequently updating and causing us to lose all the filters we were looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reports section helps me a lot to abandon Excel/Sheets. Also, it's amazing to send emails in sequence to a large base of leads.
Great CRM for seasoned users and newbies alike

Easy to learn and use, quick to deploy, and offers powerful features and functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. So, sometimes the UI is not intuitive. I just call support and they always know.

Prospecting, adding more data / feature rich elements to our outbound email campaigns, linking Hubspot to SEO and our website and grabbing analytics

Expensive, but worth it
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can work with the automation hub, sequences are so easy to use and user-friendly, you do not need to have knowledge about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
the price is too high, but as I said, is worth it.

in the dashboard segment, I can handle any decision of the business, its like having power bi, or tableau inside of my crm
