simple fast easy to use asfter beeing taugh the basics
What do you like best about the product?
emails being logged automatically, makes it easier to see if they have seen or clicked links on the emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for a persons name clicking it and it comes up with one of my other deals

Hubspot Makes Sales Easy <3
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the features- we are able to track where leads are coming from. How we work with them using sequences, and communication in the right ways. Not like used car sales men! AMEN to the workflows. Cusotomer support chat is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't take me 2 years to learn how to work the marketing side. Workflows can be confusing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me with automatic workflows and tasks, staying organized is key. Each customer deserves to feel important this helps! It also helps me know where the leads are generating from!

What do you like best about the product?
I am a marketing professional with experience using several CRM tools. Compared to other tools, I find HubSpot easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
to begin Hubspot is bit expensive and doing customization is tricky for the end user. Always need to relay on the experts or the vendors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending bulk personalized emails was a bit tricky for us in the beginning. After integrating HubSpot and using the sequencing feature, it became a piece of cake.
Really amazing product!
What do you like best about the product?
Complex activities are made easy to manage and track with the use of automated processes within this product, and email marketing that is both sophisticated and easy to use. Working in an environment where branching logic and if/then statements are required is greatly advantageous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping track of the pricing model based on contacts and email addresses might be challenging at times. Determining if we are actually utilizing the full potential of the HubSpot platform is challenging due to the varying prices for each section of the platform (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to address two main issues: lead nurturing and marketing automation. Being able to send out consistent emails that are pertinent to the contacts is essential because our sales cycle is lengthy. These automated procedures are really helpful to us in terms of educating potential clients and nurturing leads.

Great user interface, simple to use (even for non-technical people), amazing analytics capabilities, has revolutionized our marketing department!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really think of a downside. It has truly upgraded our marketing department.

It is an all-in-1 solution that supercharges our team!
A fantastic simple marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Marketing Hub's biggest strength is that it just works. It's easy to get going. You pick it up and it's already running backed by great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason Hubspot shines with it's ease of getting going is because it's a closed system. For some that's exactly what they need, but for other's they will be frustrated by the lack of flexibility and ability to do what sometimes feel like simple things. The time I save not having to troubleshoot and build out new tech, often outweights the benefit I'd see from greater openness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is very much the backbone of our marketing system and seamlessly integrates with the CRM tool and the various parts of the Marketing Hub (website, forms, automation, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is great with email relates features, but it's quite behind with whatsapp integration aspect. It's quite limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatsapp integration could be done better. Cost is also no longer competitive

Improving trial to paid conversions through email nurture campaigns. the emails also have really good open rates and are super easy to configure and update.
Best flexible CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is currently one of the best CRMs to integrate the marketing hub with other tools. This integration helps streamline the process while constantly elevating the quality of the marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI seems to be a bit cluttered. This makes it a bit non-welcoming for the new adopters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. This provides a unified platform for publishing blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
2. The native features are highly beneficial for customizing marketing actions.
