Excellent All-In-One Marketing Automation Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to plan, design, and execute all marketing activities in one single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email open rates could be pretty low at times, compared to more salesy platforms such as outreach and salesloft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All landing pages across digital properties (website, microsites, email campaigns, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are created and hosted on Hubspot Marketing Hub. It becomes easy to plan, execute, and track performance. Website contact us page and content downloads are also linked to Hubspot so that the MQLs are automatically stored in Hubspot CRM for follow-up by marketing and inside sales teams.

We also use Hubspot to send the monthly newsletter and execute lead nurturing campaigns.

Finally, we are leveraging Hubspot to create the social media calendar and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
I could not find one good thing about the hubspot experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
This SAAS company is not about innovating or saving time, they are a media company with a sole focus on thier own SEO, any features that they built are 10 years old and very clunky and hardly maintained or working, they have not improved products and thanks to regulatuions this outdated system does not work at all its a waste of time entirely. From the first use there was issues which was never resolved by support and there is only help for top tier user which to me is just disgusting the way they have organized to be self service means they need a good product and they just did not even try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was not one task that was better done on hubspot than a piece of paper and a pen, this software was frustrating and huge waste of time and money for staff, everyone hated using and the complaints piled up everyday.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really good to see that you can basically do everything under one roof with Hubspot, it integrated with almost everything as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ui is not the most userfriendly one and I often get confused when doing some advanced actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Hubspot as our CRM, to categorize leads and their stages. Also, we use the forms option to capture the leads from our website and set a flow. It's seamless once you set everything up, but the initial setup took some time in my case.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its comprehensive suite of features covering various aspects of marketing such as email marketing, social media marketing, analytics, etc. It's a one-stop solution for most marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are no major dislikes, but people who are new to HubSpot need more time to learn the platform during the initial stages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves my time by performing various marketing activities through its centralized tools and functionalities, rather than working with multiple tools and systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing automation is the thing which I like most about this tool. Bulk marketing, Automated sequencing are the key features here.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing big to dislike about this tool, the one thing which could be considered is use of custom codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk emailing is what HubSpot helping us earlier, later we managed to use it for individual sales emails as well, as few organisations used to block ip's deliver bulk emails.

Easy-to-use builders
Love the automation
Ability to read the data and iterate quickly. Understanding open and click rates and to send by location.
Amazing customer support go above and beyond
So easy to implement into my day to day and I use all the time. Can embed into existing workflow like notion so can easily integrate into wider tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful, the interface is designed with users in mind without extra jargon. Upsides, the default settings are also user friendly and there are links to learn more about different options before you select them, and it opens in another page (very helpful). Other team members also rave about customer support being helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are behind a paywall, as to be expected. But, what I have access to, I use daily and am able to help my organization!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create personalized experience at scale with smart content

What do you like best about the product?
I like the all-in-one reliable power of HubSpot. It just works! Integrations are vast and typically seamless. I never worry about whether my leads will go into my CRM. I can track every lead source easily. I love the approach of starting small and scaling towards an enterprise level platform without making a painful move in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand the starter hub has limitations for pricing purposes. I would LOVE to have more automation on email nurturing available in the starter plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to place HubSpot forms and landing pages anywhere. HubSpot enables the integrations I need and they work!

Easy to use and integrate

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use with creating emails and social posts. Also segmentation of our lists is much easier that our previous platform. I'm able to schedule emails and social posts ahead on a regular basis to stay ahead of the game on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
With more ane more marketers doing video for brand awareness, it would be nice to have more video storage. Fifty videos is hardly enough for our company and then having to pay $50 for every 10 videos we need to add is cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple platforms for our email and social campaigns, HubSpot provides that all-in-one access point to simplify my processes to keep ahead in the game
