Easy to use and integrate

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use with creating emails and social posts. Also segmentation of our lists is much easier that our previous platform. I'm able to schedule emails and social posts ahead on a regular basis to stay ahead of the game on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
With more ane more marketers doing video for brand awareness, it would be nice to have more video storage. Fifty videos is hardly enough for our company and then having to pay $50 for every 10 videos we need to add is cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple platforms for our email and social campaigns, HubSpot provides that all-in-one access point to simplify my processes to keep ahead in the game

What do you like best about the product?
My company recently signed up for Hubspot because of its robust CRM capabilities. We decided to add on the Marketing Hub in order to have everyting in one place versus having multiple platforms. So far, we have all enjoyed the capabilities of Hubspot. The marketing hub specifically makes it easy to schedule social posts, all in one place, and send out scheduled emails. While there was a learning curve (having to get used to a new platform and some features only being accessible if you have a higher paid plan), the email template builder is really intuitive and easy to work with. We've been able to build out some nice templates and have received positive feedback. While it was a process to set up and navigate all of our email contacts over, it wasn't a difficult one. Now that I am in the platform on a daily basis, I have come to understand it much better alothough I'm sure there are many more things I can learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best things about Hubspot are also the worst things. For example, how robust it is. It's great because you can get really nitty gritty with th eplatform, however, learning the in's and out's of this presented a challenge. We received training on the platform, however the training was outsourced to a different company. The person in charge of our training was not a native english speaker and the language barrier made it difficult to follow along at times. It was very evident that the trainer was well versed and knew the platform like the back of his hand, but that made the taining feel high-level at times and not at a beginners level. The reporting on emails could be a little better as well. For example, my boss wants to know how many times one person opened an email. While Hubspot does report on this, it's not easy to export the data. I find myself having to copy and paste and count emails which ends up slowing me down immensely.

I also had an issue with images in emails not showing up so I reached out to support for help. I was bounced around to a number of people before finally getting a response from my account manager who wasn't very helpful. It also took him many days to follow up with me making the process rather long. I was eventually able to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating our processes and being able to do it all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy-to-use feature and it helps us create assets for our campaigns all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a good survey option. Also, it could provide more insights into campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used a CRM system that was not adequate for our needs and was not very intuitive. I feel the team uses more Hubspot because it is very straight forward to use and provide the analytics we need to keep track.

Robust Marketing Tool & CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is the go-to for most marketing professionals. It's easy to easy, powerful, and has lots of solid features. I love the flexibility for creating custom fields, reports, and lists and HubSpot integrates with nearly every software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The large jumps in price between the tiers are frustrating. As a SMB, I don't want to pay thousands of dollars a month for a specific feature in the enterprise level.

HubSpot has hundreds of features, including several hidden gems, but feature requests can take a long time to develop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management -- having a centralized place for data and a single source of truth. HubSpot does this quite well with their integrations and reporting.

HubSpot also consolidates a number of tools into 1 login, which prevents data silos and reduces your martech spend.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has streamlined my whole marketing process including lead management. the leads from my paid campaigns are stored automatically in my Hubspot CRM database thanks to the easy integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
there's nothing in particular that I dislike about hubspot but for me, I feel there are too many features which can be a bit confusing sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing and sales integration capabilities. Their product has developed extensively over the last 3 years and I can create a seamless marketing and sales flow that helps marketing identify positive and negative outreach whilst also creating an efficient and easy to use process for the sales team. The help team is always available and
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to navigate the CRM and learn all of the tools. I also think it would be great to develop workflow more with their integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using fewer tools and subscriptions as it's (almost) an all-in-one sales and marketing tool. It helps to create a concise sales and marketing funnel and determine any gaps within the funnel, whilst also allowing us to manage our contacts cohesively we can re-engage and track contacts, deals, leads and much more to understand their buyer journey and also re-target them with relevant content throughout.

Enhanced Revenue through Effective Utilization of HubSpot for Sales Pipeline Optimization

What do you like best about the product?
Today, I can have complete control over the ongoing business deals of the company (sales pipeline), as well as the companies and individuals interested in the consultancy services that my company can provide. I also manage 100% of social media posts scheduling, utilize landing pages, and forms for client prospecting. In summary, you guys are perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am part of a multinational company with pre-established and standardized policies and governance, I do not have complete free will or flexibility regarding our website or workflow, which could further optimize the process and consequently enhance the satisfaction of our customers or potential clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loss of customers, missed contacts from potential clients who reached out but their information never reached our office.

A solution that is good for where we are now

What do you like best about the product?
It's a "jack of all trades" tool for me as a marketer: I can manage social channels, manage my database and make lists, I can deploy emails blasts, and we have built our website on Hubspot so I can make easy updates most of the time by myself. I can also see data and create my own visualized data dashboards. I also like being able to set up automated workflows- for gated materials as an example. It is also fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are duplicate records in our database and it isn't always easy to merge. We're charged by marketing contact so the tier can go up before you know it. If you lose marketing contacts and you fall in a lower paying tier, you still get charged for the higher tier- you can't go back. I think this is unethical. It's tricky in that way for a startup. I wish I could tag people in social posts, and upload a photo + a video in a social post. The social media capabilities are quite limited. We also spend a lot of money creating custom templates for the web and email with a Hubspot Developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily execute marketing programs and measure them.
