What do you like best about the product?
The Templates for Marketing Emails are super easy to customize and very intuitive to Navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really enjoy the Overall Package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The all in ohne Place from data to Mailing to Website is the key benefit

Ease of use and it makes my day-to-day that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, truly! The product just works, I guess I wish it was more affordable - but that is not a knock on the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and great customer support. We utilize the Marketing Hub daily for email, lead generation, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be complicated to set up. I wish customer joureny/marketing touch points was available for all subscription tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize markeitng hub for all marketing activitives. Without marketing hub we would need several more platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of Use, it takes about 3 hours to onboard of new team member and show them the process.
Sequencing of Mail and categorization of Audience is Good for large contact base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Integration with External CRM like Microsoft Dynamics but this partially on part of Microsoft as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our leads are collected and attributed by one platform.
At the same for marketing, same can be acheived.

This ensures all attribution are collected in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the social scheduling, the marketing capabilities, how it's easy to understand data and reports from both email and socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't see the list you sent your email too in the overview when you have sent it. So when I create a new email I have to clone an old one and check what lists / people I have sent it to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining all my marketing activities in one platform - email, social and customer marketing in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
Super robust and user-friendly. Easy to customize and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The upfront/onboarding costs are high and it's expensive as you move up contact tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation is saving us a lot of time doing manual work which frees us up to focus on more strateigc planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with our other software packages is seamless. The support is also always on hand and really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much I can say, the CRM software is pretty perfect as it is!

It's a great CRM system for a small business like ours, and easily tracks the sales journey for our client base

What do you like best about the product?
It requires practically no setup - all the tools are there to use. It also is incredibly flexible, allowing you to create custom content and fields and measure pretty much anything. It integrates really easily with practically anything you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free is great, Starter is great value, but the price jump to Professional is a very big one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily linking activity on our website with our CRM. Providing a conversation tracking platform across the whole business. Mailshots. Measuring activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to trigger automations based on the behavior of the contact and deliver them relevant and timely information

The learning curve takes time and a lot of experimenting and testing to begin to feel comfortable building campaign sequences

What do you like best about the product?
It is very friendly, and it has a support center with a lot of content where I always find answers to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
more editing tools are needed for email templates, especially HTML editing.
