What do you like best about the product?
all in one, and the workflows are very well defined.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can only use one workflow at a time when we want to push emails from apollo, that is a bit annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Workflow feature, it's super powerful. It allows me to create automations, and based on the answer, I can create more automations. It's like an Agent tool. HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my life easier by handling the CRM from Subscriber Lead to opportunity and Customer. The initial setup is dead simple, it's a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say let's just expand to ERP, Because currently it only covers CRM, but with all of their power is really possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub eases my life by managing the CRM from subscriber lead to customer. The Workflow feature allows me to create automations like an agent tool, enhancing efficiency.

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for its easy navigation system and straightforward templates, which help my sales management process. It's user-friendly, making the steps from quote to acceptance, invoicing, and production smooth and clear. The initial setup was also easy and user-friendly, which made the whole experience pleasant.

It saves time especially when you want to market a post, you can choose to schedule as well
User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which comes with a lot of analytics tools. It's great for seeing open rates and click rates, and lets us send out batch emails to hundreds, even thousands of customers at once. I really appreciate the Analyze tab where we can view very nice infographics that clearly show important KPIs. These features help us evaluate whether a campaign was successful and inform our strategies for future campaigns. Also, having a very responsive account success manager is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on which reports you are running, it can be quite slow. Depending on the amount of data involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a user-friendly interface with robust analytics tools, helping us monitor open and click rates. It simplifies batch email sending to customers, making our campaigns more efficient.
Excellent CRM Tool with Intuitive Interface and Easy Activity Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
This is excellent for CRM practices and also features an easy to use interface and also it helped me to track activities easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is updated every three to four months, which keeps things fresh and easy to use. However, during these updates, the system sometimes gets stuck, and the maintenance work can take quite a while to complete.

It systematically keeps track of emails, calls, and deal activities, making it easy to generate reports as well.
Free, Feature-Rich Platform for Unlimited Learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is free with the option to upgrade and learn as much as you can and want. It also has a sales and marketing platform

I get overwhelmed with all the different features

Intuitive All-in-One Tool, Big Fan
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user interface pretty intuitive. I like that there's a whole range of capabilities all in one platform, making it easier for different elements of marketing to talk to each other. I appreciate that the file repository is stored in HubSpot, allowing us to use different graphics and images across various channels and marketing campaigns. It's an all-in-one marketing tool that's really convenient for smaller marketing teams like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's an opportunity to provide even more value with add-ons like the chat app chatbot on the website and the calendar scheduling link a la Chili Piper. I don't know that those are in our package. I think that stuff is pretty core to modern marketing teams these days. I'd love to be able to use some more of the bells and whistles. And famously, I think that there's no spell check functionality within the email tool, which we use very frequently, and I think that's an easy area to hopefully fix.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for emails, landing pages, call to actions on the website, and intense signals from top prospects.
Comprehensive CRM with Room for Streamlined Survey Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear HubSpot Marketing Hub is and the depth of tools it offers. There are a lot of great functions that, if set up correctly, can be powerful, self-running lists. The customer success dashboard is particularly useful for me, as it allows me to manage all our company's clients in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up surveys needs to be improved. It currently is a very difficult process. Once you create a survey, it is hard to edit it at all. Also, when creating the survey initially, setting up the responses is difficult because they all have to have a unique name, and it's an arduous process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as our primary company CRM. It solves the issue of account management and keeping detailed records of each client. The customer success dashboard is particularly useful, allowing me to manage all our company's clients in one space.
Effortless Attribution Management That Saves Time
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes attribution much less labor-intensive, helping to cut down on the amount of work required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It appears that I can't turn off notifications, or even choose which types of notifications my team can view them. I wish I had the option to manage these settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application is helpful because it brings all our marketing needs together in one place, allowing us to manage and take action directly from within the platform.
