Powerful workflows combined with easy-to-use interface
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of noteworthy fetures that HubSpot Marketing Hub offers - an easy-to-use email builder, audience builder in Lists, powerful CRM, robust workflows, and comprehensive analytics are amongst a few that I particularly like. I also appreciate that HubSpot tells me exactly where assets that I've built have been used (e.g. where a List or an email is used in workflows) so it's every easy to trace when an issue occurs. I also like that it's easy to see overall campaign performance along with breakdowns of the performance of each individual action within the campaign. I check the peformance everyday to see where we should optimize for best results.
There is a bit of a learning curve when you start but they have plenty of documentation (though you can get lost in the weeds with that) and a strong support community where you can go to for help. I've posted 2-3 questions to the community and they've been super prompt in responding.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the email builder is intuitive to use, there is limited options for advanced customization and that meant I had to redesign most of the emails in our workflow when we migrated from another platform.
The other issue that made it a challenge was that HubSpot can't identify clicks based on UTM parameters in a URL, so I had to build Legacy CTA assets to get it working the workflow working the way we needed it to. That wasn't as straightforward as we'd like.
Another challenge that I constantly have is the difficulty of filtering audiences based on combined categories, such as contacts and companies, without the need to create lists.

We're using HubSpot to drive new leads, nurture them through targeted communications based on their behaviour and educate users and prospects on our products and services

It is very easy to use, UX is great and all our collugues directly understood how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of nice drag and drop emails are little limited.

We can create automatic emails which saves us lot of time.

The insights are rally good. I especially like the detail of the activity feed.

Not much to be honest. Maybe the reporting is quite complex for even simple reports

It's helping a lot with customer journeys and helping us fine tune that.
Greater Transparency Between Sales & Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub allows our Marketing team to see easily see the results and impact of our campaigns and how they help bring qualified leads to our sales team.

The automation pricing is a bit steep for some brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot lets us quickly determine the type of user journey that best prepares quality leads for our sales teams.
Very refined CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact how Hubspot sort of just connects with everything that you use in your marketing stack, and helps you use that data in your campaigns, or for many other reasons you might need it.
The analytics is very robust, and so are the capabilities of the Marketing and Sales Hubs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the default contacts view can be improved a little bit where it shows the recent enegaged customers on the top, even if they're not new customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution has always been a major problem for us to solve, and that has been going really well for us ever since using all the features of Hubspot. Do remember to read the guides of the Hub you're using, to be able to refine your experience better.

How organized it is and the amount of segmentation for my contacts and reports I can use; it's user friendly; easy to create workflows and templates; the customer support is good; has a lot of integrations and implementation with other business softwares; helps me with my frequent daily activities; it's easy to start doing new things as needed

Many features that are rather basic are hidden behind paywalls thus encouraging me to consider looking for other CRMs

Easy to track the lifestages and conversion metrics of leads and customers and makes it easy for me to choose what group to call or follow up with for potential sales

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the analytics features of HubSpot Marketing. We also loved how easy-to-use all of the features are as well as the tutorials and support that is available to help navigate all of HubSpots features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we really disliked about HubSpot Marketing was the fact that the base number of marketing contacts available were very low and you had to pay extra for each marketing contact tier. Also, once you were in a tier you couldnt decrease the amount of marketing contacts you paid for until the end of your yearly contract. So, if your number of marketing contacts decreased through the year due to customers unsubscribing or being deemed "unmarketable" you would still be paying for it until the end of the year.

HubSpot Marketing allows us to house all of our marketing information in one easy to use platform. It also gives us very detailed and in-depth analytics on contacts, ads, reach, etc. HubSpot Marketing also allows us to plan social media content, post and analyze social media ads, and set up email automations.
A useful tool for any marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub makes it easy for me to see detailed advertising campaign information and overviews with minimal effort, and without having to log into other platforms or aggregate information manually. My whole team loves it. It also makes editing and tracking marketing email performance easy. I always have HubSpot open throughout my workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Marketing Hub integrated with more advertising platforms. It works very well for the platforms it does work with, but having such a limited scope means my use of it is limited as well.

I use Marketing Hub extensively to connect with, engage with, and encourage new users to onboard. It helps me keep close watch on where things are working, and what needs to be fixed.
