Convenient Tool to Use - But Needs Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
One can reach and access most of the marketing-related metrics from a single aource of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
This marketing hub is a convenient tool to use, however, there still exist some major issues to be developed in order to reach the higher standard of being a similar tool such as Salesforce's integrated marketing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically improves our company's advertising strategy by providing point-shot insights.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to approach our clients with custom messaging. But what is most valuable to me is the responsive and ALWAYS helpful Customer Support. I'm not very technically inclined so to be able to create Workflows for our prospects with branches so our customers can jump in and out of the flow depending on their Lifecycle Stage....is awesome. More awesome that I understand how to create our next one!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat complicated. But again with the support team, I can describe what I want to have happen and they walk me through implementing it with me. And with simple enough instructions that I can repeat it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create a steady stream of valuable information to our clients with the workflows. This will position us as the experts in our feild so when they go to purchase their takeout containers they have already built a trusted relationship with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how much I can personalize each aspect to get the results that I want with data and research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't get it do what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to capture specific data and easily pull it up and search based on specific curriculum and communicating about programs as a team

What do you like best about the product?
The customisation of the CRM is key for us, and having the ability to edit almost every aspect of our hub has been amazing in ensure alignment to our business and needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a negative of the platform in terms of outputs and limitations when compared with the likes of Salesforce

The ability to control and adapt a single source of truth cross platforms, integrations and data pools

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to pull reports and make dashboards for my colleagues to have better insight into the work I do
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot close submissions for a form, and I also dislike that everything has to be a contact property, I also wish I could view form submissions on a deal board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hubspot is helping us intake new fellows, and track them over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the landing pages and forms right in Hubspot makes it much easier to see what ad campaigns are converting contacts and what contacts get a deal assigned to them. It makes marketing reporting much easier for us. Getting our marketing into HubSpot makes it easier for our marketing team to work with our sales team. Already being in HubSpot and using the sales section it was very easy to use the marketing section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large cost increase going from Marketing hub starter to Marketing hub professional. For us, the tracking makes it easy to determine whether the cost is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the leads we get from advertising to see who is converting to a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull lists of associated contacts from companies added to dynamic lists--very helpful for pre- and post-event marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor grievances with how records are related to one another and the associated complexity of reporting (without the associated customization usually resulting from complexity)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our shift to an account-based approach was made easier with HubSpot than with other CRMs like Salesforce (used in the past for a similar pivot at a similar company)
