Great platform to integrate all your company communication
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to integrate with all my marketing activity and external tools

You need to upgrade to a bigger tier to get more robust features

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate and there are loads of resources and help articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder doesn't have as many features as others I've used, eg. dynamic content based on contact activity and ability to edit desktop and mobile versions separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place - emails, contact data and analytics
Hubspot is a versitile allround solution for everything customer related

You are able to collect data in various ways and you have a lot of freedom to rule everything the way you want it to be

You are sometimes limited in your options when some topics geht extremely specific

the customer contacts are tracked and the ticketing system is running in hubspot and it is helping our service team to troubleshoot problems at the customer site
Easy to Operationalize Customer Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub makes it easy to segment audiences and personalize email communications via tokenization. We use this for our customer base frequently and can send targeted messages to different cohorts based on existing data, and send each customer a personalized email with data relevant specifically to them. On top of that the hub is very intuitive and flexible for our company's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of functionality limitationS:
1. Inability to create tables in email without using HTML coding. This is a pretty standard content use case and having it available via drag-and-drop would be useful to many many people.
2. Sometimes list creation can be tricky - for one it would be easier to be able to view a list on the company object with associated object properties (e.g. what's a deal property). Manual list creation would also be helpful at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending mass communications to customers, mostly. I'm more of a power operations hub user but I'm also very close to optimizing customer enablement, and that often means using marketing emails to send information based on customer segmentation and personalization.

Huge number of tools with endless options

The price. very expensive which can be quite crippling as a small business

What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing features are simple to use with excellent tracking and analytics tools. I've been using it more frequently in the past month. Also customer service is very responsive if any issues come up. Overall satisifed with the implementation and straigforward to use and integrate into.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've been more than satisfied with everything in the marketing Hub.

It's helping me any my company market to and target the right customers.
Streamlines action, but still room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
My ability to make attractive, simple emails and send them out to large groups has been improved immensely. We've sent out over 1000 emails this year as opposed to barely 300 this time last year. The one time I needed customer support, they did an incredible job of helping me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are the only way to send out designed emails, but they don't have good data don't the success of the workflow itself or the emails within it. It can also be very challenging trying to control who gets enrolled and who gets unenrolled. I also really miss the ability to have folders in your marketing emails. I need to have different emails for different sales reps, and my marketing emails section is a mess without them.

The problem of contacting hundreds of people over a long period of time quickly and with full data visualization

What do you like best about the product?
You can find everything you need here. Be it contacts-related like ABM, or content-related like socials/blog, or promotion-related like EDM/landing page/paid, also analytics for all those campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to learn and explore more features as it has too many branches. For new beginners, it takes much effort to learn from sales or onboarding classes again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not a big team, and we need to manage different platforms/channels at the same time, taking charge of both inbound and outbound marketing. With HubSpot, we were able to manage all.
