Hubspot is a must for our marketing activities
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot for marketing. It allows us to do everything from sending out our newsletters, to setting up landing pages, thank you pages, our blogs. It allows us to keep banks of testimonials and case studies. Plus we can track the click through rates on our CTAs, the engagement rates we're getting and make decisions based on these insights!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the UI is the easiest to learn, it's not amazingly intuitive. But I've been using it for years now and don't experience any issue with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to do the majority of our marketing activities on one platform.

The best part in Hubspot Marketing Hub is the seamless integration.

The Irritating part about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the lengthy process of it

The main problem that is solved by the Hubspot Marketing Hub is that we can manage all social media management and analytics in one place

That it offers free features and customization to marketing campaigns that would cost a lot of money elsewhere

really slow interface one the template is uploaded and any time of images added to the campaign email

it allowed us to spread our marketing efforts and include other mediums to promote our services

What do you like best about the product?
It takes care of our email and SMS marketing plus the dynamic design you can choose from their templates. CS are very helpful whenever we encounter issues. Plus we integrate Jotform for our forms

The email interface plus it is really hard sometimes to choose the placeholder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Mailchimp before and it's really hard to find a software than can be integrated to it. Therefore, we switched to Hubspot to make our process and email marketing automated
Solid Combo of CRM & Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to integrate with our internal POS data to create a personalized, loyalty program workflow that's scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot offers a native SMS technology, we still have to use another provider as the capabilities aren't as robust and the pricing higher than some of their competitors. We are able to integrate parts of SMS but it would be nice if we could do it all within one platform effectively/effienciently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have numerous initiatives that require ongoing connectivity. Being able to add and populate contact properties that allow us to build complex automated workflows has allowed us to gain efficiencies and be more timely in our consumer connections.

It's so easy to use anybody can learn how to exploit the most from it.
The integration ecosystem allows to centralize all data from different sources and understand the performances of digital marketing campaigns in a holistic view.
The platform has all the tools you need for building and optimizing assets and campaigns, and every tool is very easy to use.
The customer support is one of the winning points of HubSpot: always on, super efficient!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations (e.g. number of lists, audiences for remarketing...) could be reviewed in order to allow users to better exploit the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using HubSpot we can build assets and analyze every activity's performances without having a big team.
HubSpot Marketing Hub gives me the control and feedback I need to launch my consulting business

The best features of Marketing Hub are the integrated campaigns I can whip up in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I am billed and upgraded when my contacts are growing. I can do a better job of controlling marketing contacts. I hope Hubspot will be more gentle and billing friendly in the near future!

Easy to use CRM with Great Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
For us the ease of use in setting up the campaigns is great. A low learning curve as a result. We have been struggling to marry the CRM system with effective marketing automation but since we have switched over, we really made some good progress
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit of a step down from Sales force in terms of features and look and feel but being that it is simpler and less expensive, I think the trade-off is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing follow up and maximizing revenue of existing clients has been a challenge. With Hubspot marketing automation features, we have managed to find a way to engage our customers more and get relevant upsell info in their hands.

Getting all our data at one place along with decent analytics and dashboards is a plus

What do you like best about the product?
It connects all your marketing tools and data in one place, making it easy to manage and optimize your campaigns. Straight forward to implement for admins and also to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics features are not very advanced or comprehensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You find all the tools you need at single place with right budget compare to other competitors in market. Specially for the Marketing purpose. I can create landing pages easily and track client get new deals and also information from the social media.
