Marketing Hub A Game Changer for ROI
What do you like best about the product?
For our company, the best feature of Marking Hub has been unlocking data-driven decision making. While our Google Ads platform and Meta Ads platforms each show us lead conversion results on each platform, we have been able to take it a step further with HubSpot to get insight on our not just conversions, but which conversions turn into customers. We can now quantify our return on investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are no true downsides to Marketing Hub, there are tools our company uses infrequently or not at all and other tools in the next subscription tier that would be useful, but cost for the next tier of tools is a barrier. My improvement would be to access certain upgraded features in an ala cart fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our problems in the past have been in seeing what leads are converting to customers, and what value we gain. We can now see this data and can base our ad spend accordingly, improving our ROI.

Pricier than some other email marketing software

All departments can contribute to builds of marketing email. We are in control of creating content and it fits all of the design features we need

What do you like best about the product?
Th ease of use is a great to have when first implemting this tool. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for teams of all technical skill levels to get started and use its features effectively.
HUbSpot Marketing Hub allowed us to handle various tasks like email marketing, social media management, content creation, and lead nurturing. This eliminates the need to use multiple software platforms and simplifies workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to not customize liek we could in other platforms. As well, you do have to sign a one year agreement and the pricing can be steep for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has aeliminated the need of managing multiple marketing tools.This helped increased efficiency, imprived colloboation within the team and provides data-driven insights.
Marketing Tool Imperative to Streamlined Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to control the integrity of my marketing database, regardless of employee turnover. It is easy and intuitive so I don't have to dedicate too much time to training and when I don't know how to do something, the HubSpot representatives are fast and knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The function of marketing is more than just a CRM and sending emails, would love to see more custimization between Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. I know there is the ability to mildly customize a package, but there are still limits and things you can only do "if". I would love to pick and choose what features between the two Hubs and have a price to match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a consultant who helps companies make their business processes better, I tell them how to run their marketing departments and others. The problem HubSpot is solving for me, is really for my clients. I refer them to HubSpot to make their processes better and more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate everything - campaigns, emails, landing pages, and a lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any because all the features are helpful and we use all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
analyze data, track leads, and build reports:
We need to track where the leads came from so we know where to put our efforts and budget more. We also want to see where in the customer journey the lead was converted to a deal. And reports and dashboards are truly significant for us as well so we can do forecasting.

Good but still far from perfect
What do you like best about the product?
They automation, the possibility to change things and create your own solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of pipelines for contacts(Like sales pipelines), it creates a problems for lead generations and i had to already couple times use "tricks" to create contacts pipeline.
Lack of some common functions in different CRM like resending emails.
Some functions in automation (mostly based on properties) are sometimes really hard to find.
And other things like for example lack of conditional logic inside "Conditional Stage Properties".
There are many inconsistencies. Also I sometimes think that you do not look at Ideas forum because there plenty of things that people want, and some can not be that hard to implement/fix or add as feature because there are in your system in some way or some places, but still... these ideas are not added.
Not just most voted ideas are worth of adding or working on.
Most people(and by that i mean 99% from my experience) that use HubSpot do not know about HubSpot ideas forum and stuff like that.
Would be awesome if you could somehow make it more visible for people in HubSpot because for sure some of the ideas that are not so high would get muuuch higer.

Simply automate the process, make it easier to choose proper leads and customers for chosen marketing actions.
Super intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use, most of the time I just jump in to get things done and it's all where I expect. On the occassion where I can't figure something out, there's a suite of tutorials online to help out. The automation is fab and allows for so much time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities are still lacking, especially on the reporting side of things, but they have a good history of picking up requirements from the community and actioning them, so hopefully that keeps happening.

Automated social sharing works a dream (best on the market), great to have all my analytics in one centralised location, marketing automation is very good; great to set and forget a campaign and know it's running as intended.

some aspects of bulk uploading contacts could be made easier.

Incredibly easy to use, very self explanatory and easy to learn with a variety of courses/

I like the email section a lot, because I use it frequently. The ability to insert media is super easy and the layout options are endless.

I don't like the fact that when you draft a social post in Hubspot and then try to go back to it later and assign it to the channels you want it to go through, it doesn't let you. You have to clone the post and send it separately.

I know we need to pay additional fees to unlock the limitation though.
And I always want to utilize dashboards but I do not find a good template that can fulfill what I want to do.

Lead scoring features, behavioral triggers, and integration with Clearbit help me to segment the audience almost automatically. It reduces so much workload.

The UI is very intuitive, we can just drag and drop an element. It is effortless to build landing pages and emails, compared to when I used a different MA.
-Workflow
Flexible automation is the key of efficiency.
-A/B test
The default A/B test function does not require any specific knowledge or settings. Even if you are a first-timer, it is so easy to set up A/B tests. If you are not a tech geek, this is the best solution to use.
