Best for our small business
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business and need some limited functionality and hubspot provides just what we need without needing a Phd to do so
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times tracing leads is a bit cumbersome

Can track directly google ads and leads

Sometime interface feels like it should be simpler for page creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The webpage builder works well, some HTML experience will help, as the option to check the source is helpful for copying objects, and trouble shooting bugs, such as one bug i found, bolding and unbolding text in the editor could lead to bold and regulare tags applied to text. Being able to check the source is quick to solve the issue.
This example for me highlights Hubspot's usefulness. Building a webpage from scratch would too much work, but the option of the advanced editor allows for a little more flexibility when the usser interface seems ridged or isn't exactly what I want. It is a good comprimise for drag and drop guard rails, and customization.
The call to actions, forms, and email automations are clear and I was able to quickly to figure out on my own.

HubSpot is an excellent multifaceted MARCOMM set of tools, plus more. HubSpot has you covered.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easly to rapidly deploy new marketing campaigns like Email, landing pages, web pages, registration pages, etc... you name it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting gets wonky in the emil editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying Email, landing pages, web pages, registration pages, etc... you name it all easy to do in Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
All advertising content in one place with clear customer journey paths associated with each contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to understand workflows and more learning based on a users preferences. The app should be able to see how we're using it the most, what areas connect to this but aren't being leveraged, and then make recommendations based off those findings.

Customer Support quality and availability have taken a dip in recent years.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all in one place for Marketing. You can send emails and track them but also schedule social media and review analytics. You can look at your historical data through HubSpot, but you can only analyze what has been posted through HubSpot if you have used it for years then you have a lot of great information but if you are just starting you might not have the data you need yet. They have a very helpful and detailed knowledge base that can help you with almost any problem you have. If you can not find an answer in the knowledge base you can reach out to the community and receive an answer in minutes or reach out to their help desk to receive specific instructions or guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more reports that break down what is happening with your social media channels. Also, a better way to store past posts to reference later... maybe templates specific for social media? They are also limited on what social channels share with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my data and schedule content in advance. I am a one-person marketing department for three companies and HubSpot allows me to schedule content in the future for my social channels and saves me time.
We started using HubSpot when we brought our marketing in house and it has been so useful!
What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety of tools, all in one place. You can schedule things for social media, create landing pages for your website, and sound out emails for different promotional materials. Very convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot was able to notify you when you have a negative or positive review on Google or Social Media. That way you can monitor your reviews easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are putting everything I need in one place. This keeps me from going out of my way to different platforms to do all these things. They also are making complicated projects, like making a landing page seem simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and navigate, create lists, workflows, and reports. Having used another more legacy product in the space for many years (and still needed constant support), this is a very intuitive platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much dislike, but it definitely requires an upfront strategy in terms of how you set up properties, sources, and other records. Once you have this though, you will be set:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us full insight into the funnel and pipeline attribution. It's really an easy way to see what is happening in the marketing and sales world in one place.
Hubspot is an uphill climb for this small non-profit!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating templates for newsletters, blogs, articles, events is very intiutive and a lot of fun! Its easy to send email blasts to targeted groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our list-making was 'stuck' for a while. Probably because we don't have enough properties for contacts yet. We were unable to create or upload names to create lists. It seems intuitive, but we don't have a full-time IT person to move it forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to wrangle a large database, with continual automatic clean up (unsubscribes, bounced emails) is a huge plus.

My favorite part of HubSpot is the ease of access and use. Everything makes sense and works as it should.

There isn't really anything I don't like about using HubSpot.
