HubSpot Can Change Your Organization for the Better!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many useful tools, and they are all incredibly intuitive. Using automated workflows, our organization has significantly improved engagement and nurturing while curbing labor. HubSpot's customer support is also amazingly responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides I can think of to mention. The only opportunity that springs to mind is a better automated design integration between HubSpot built webpages and an organization's primary website. It would be nice if things like navigation changes automatically synced between platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made it simple for us to create angaging landing pages and CTA's. The email service is fantastic, given the ability to segment lists so granually. Also, we love the automated workflows that help us keep engaged with customers and prospects. The communications feel personal, but we save time with the workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been easy to navigate and has everything you need in one spot! I like how I can create and schedule blog posts, schedule content for all social media channels, and make easy changes to the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that two users can't edit something at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes marketing much more efficent and this makes my job run much more smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot customer support is second to none. I can always get support when I need it via chat or call to maximize the use of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be limitations when it comes to font and branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customer data all in one place and being able to set up thoughtful automation to save time when nurturing customers and growing sales.

After spending years on developing, planning and building our business from scratch. We were finally able to find the best Marketing tool for our business.
It was very user friendly and easy to set up.
The tutorials are on point and very helpful.
The platform itself is seamless, the support team are helpful and accommodating.
We are very glad to have found and signed up with Hubspot.

None at the moment. So far we are very happy with Hubspot.

Hubspot helped us manage everything we need in one place. It's like a one stop shop for each business needs.
Great OS, easy to learn, excellent for bulk transactional messaging customers.

Email templates are difficult to access without creating a draft email.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set workflows to send marketing email to leads. And be able to track everything. Not having to use a lot of different software and plugins that will be unreliable and require confusing integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to it but they also provide all you need to learn and get the most out of it.

Creating reports should be easier like for example handpicking the emails that you would like to have a report on and also being easily able to create reports on social media

It helps us have a centralized place where we can view our marketing plans come to fruition

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly at a glance see the spend and contribution to lead platforms from all platforms, campaigns, etc. down to the creative level (or contact level)
What do you dislike about the product?
Gleaning meaningful insight from data requires full trust and proper implementation of attributes, which can be challenging for a small company to do correctly, which leaves me as an end user constantly double checking things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing me to understand how my advertising campaigns are contributing to every part of the funnel.

I love the ease of use, I've been using HubSpot for years!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some more access to reporting. Somethings I want to report on are not available. Some of the integrations are not very great but thats also issues with those companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve contact data and revenue attribution.

Social Media Management does everything I need it to!
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be some limitations to responding to DMs through HubSpot, like they aren't synching correctly and some don't let me respond after a certain amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our organization already uses HubSpot as a marketing tool, it was convenient that the Social Media Management feature works for my particular needs as a Social Media Manager.
