Easy and Convenient for Marketing/Social Media Creators
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use HubSpot marketing to send weekly email newsletters and schedule social media posts. I like how everything is in one place and is organized by draft, scheduled, and posted. I also like how I can keep up with my team members to see what they're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's really finicky when I upload images. Images don't always upload on the first try to it's very tedious just sitting here continuously hitting refresh on the pictures. It's also really glitchy sometimes. Like I will select a specific date for something to go out, and after I hit "schedule" it reloads and picks an entirely different date and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to schedule and send out emails and social media posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I came from a very outdated marketing hub and I really love the ease of use of Hubspot. I love how intuitive the platform is and if I ever need help, there is always some article or customer service rep available to guide me. I use it every day for my role and with the amount of features available and ease of implementation, it really has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some logic flows that the platform is lacking but they are super minor (like the ability to add logic to a form submission i.e if someone selects yes in a form, direct them to one landing page vs another). Otherwise I haven't really found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing allows me and my team an all-in-one platform to get everything done marketing-related that we need. It is very intuitive and no training was needed and it really is a fantastic tool.

Getting all platform info in one place
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automations through workflows. Social media management, creation of ads and emails. I love that we can easily create landing pages and CTAs and even add code to our website to track where users have been. Easy to use and implement, with excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes much more expensive as you increase the marketing contact database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with HubSpot is incredible. I use it daily and find it very useful for my marketing work. I use it for the creation and management of campaigns, ads, automations, and mass emailing to clients and new potential clients, and the analytics for continuous improvement. A very surprising and precise feature, in addition to the reports, are the email metrics such as: bounce rates, open rates, and click rates. I love the way I can manage all the data and information it contains, and obtaining reports and creating dashboards is very easy and very informative.
Decent but tries to do too much
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a fixture in most companies and it's because they offer a CRM, an email platform, a chatbot (needs work), and a sales platform. Having everything connected is nice and there is a lot of connectivity with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a single platform, Hubspot makes sense to use. However, individually, each of their products (CRM, email, chabot) aren't as strong as using software that's designed for that one specific purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a lot through Hubspot: email, chat support, social copy management, and some light CRM. There is an advantage to having everything together in one place if you can/want to overlook some of the lacking features that are available in some of the specialized solutions (e.g. a chatbot software that only does chatbots).

Its just an awesome meeting point. Has everything and everyone you need to soar. Opportunities and connections galore. I like it! Via it we get to interact, get business, improve our welfare, dream some more!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is dream for Sales and Marketing Professionals. A Centralized Platform that helps align, connect, coordinate, integrate like nothing before it. Definitely the most popular Marketing Hub around.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was initially quite complex to navigate in this always busy meeting point, overwhelming even. But user support never disappointed. Was and has always there to stand in the gap. Hard pressed to say any other negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a Platform that has been aligning Sales and Marketing activity excellently. Has been the hub where you go for to attract business, to get your business known, to connect with prospects, clients, industry players. Providing us with a playground for collaboration, communication, coordination and integration.
