What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty intuitive and once you've connected everthing becomes your one stop shop for all channel management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools can be limited and you have to build a lot of custom workflows to get it to work in "your" way if you don't follow the out of the box recommendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all marketing channels in one place.
Campaign management and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many email and marketing campaign platforms throughout my career and HubSpot's at the top. The ability to manage everything from UTM building, landing page and form metrics, attribution tracking natively in the campaign object, and more creates a seemless view of how integrated campaigns are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see WHICH workflow or user made a change to a contact record or why the "system" made an update to certain fields. Lots of digging and questions out to support to find what may have gone wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, landing pages (Website), forms, custom UTM tracking, and more all in one place. We use it in conjunction with Salesforce.
I have been a avid user and fan of HubSpot Marketing Hub for over 10+ years now
What do you like best about the product?
It is definitely one of the most intuitive marketing automations out there that integrates with really important tools such as; Zoom Info Marketing/Sales OS, all large email vendors, Google Analytics and much more.
It almost makes using there CRM a no brainer as data is fully stored within the one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive compared to smaller lesser know competitors, but it's worth it as it has far more capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to keep track of everything within the one place.

Amazing module with alot of automation, it is very efficent in tracking the user behaviour and create email campaigns along with SMS. The workflows are also very great

Living CRM functionalities with automatic lead recognition, activity log and self-managed base of leads

Too high threshold of pricing regarding advanced automation and reporting

Segmented, multi purpouse communication through newsletters and autoresponders.
Cutting edge solution; there's a learning curve though.

It comes with almost everything a digital marketer needs. It's truly a leading solution.

With complex solutions, complexity comes as granted. If you are looking to solve just a few pain points, you can probably shop around and find a simple solution that can solve those. But sooner rather than later you'll be needing a third, and fourt, and fith... funcionality, and in my experience connecting all those will become more difficult and unreliable than one solution.

I have changed companies and used various functionalities of HubSpot. Currently we mainly use it for Email Marketing and workflows.

Everything in one place! Helps save time and is a great way to see the results of your efforts and make decisions accordingly.

There is nothing that I dislike at this time.

1. Tons of AI features are integrated directly in HubSpot, be it Breeze or agents like Landing Page Builder, research agents, etc.
2. Dynamic landing pages (more powerful now).
3. Audience management is improved and easy now.

Extremely unethical billing practices
What do you like best about the product?
Wouldn't recommmend Hubspot at all - very unethical billing practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing automatically increases if the marketing contacts increase and there is no way to block it. They have detailed complicated processes built to overcharge customers. They might make a couple of hundred dollars by these unethical practices but they'll lose loyal customers

HubSpot Marketing Hub is ideal for entrepreneurs and small business owners
What do you like best about the product?
HubSport's product makes it easy to create an effective online presence with helpful tips every step of the way. Each section has tutorials, tips, FAQ's and links to additional information to help you understand how to optimize your content for SEO and SERP.
The website and blog builder tools are drag-and-drop, easy to use and there are plenty of pre-designed templates to get you online in no time. You can start with a single page and add to it as you have time and content. The AI assistant that is built-in helps you rephrase and expand on your own thoughts and build valuable content.
I love that it's integrated with calendar booking, invoicing, payment systems and trouble tickets, as well as online chat and centralizing Facebook messages inside the app on my phone. This saves me a lot of time and headaches in trying to remember where the contact reached out. All of that is also integrated into the CRM solution and task manager.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish was included in the Marketing Hub is social media content planning and posting ability. That is an upgrade that I cannot afford right now. If I were able to add that on, I would save even more time and frustration with the Meta business platform.

I needed a way to create a website that was automatically integrated with CRM and email CANSPAM management requirements. HubSpot was an affordable and easy-to-implement solution. I am a solo entrepreneur with no "team", so the solution needed to be plug-and-play with minimal learning curve.
