Expensive for tools that you can get for free
What do you like best about the product?
The only useful thing that isn't already a free tool is the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The only useful tools are behind the most expensive paywall
2. They don't let you cancel, you have to cancel your credit card once you realize the tool isn't worth it
3. Way overpriced. As mentioned above, most of the features you can get for free elsewhere. They say that email marketing, forms, landing pages, live chat, and blog are free features.... The useful parts of these tools is paywalled.

It doesn't solve anything.

It is really well integrated with the whole crm

It can be a bit clunky and is a bit slow to evolve compared to some competitors

They have a lot of features and have a good and ease to use and to integrate.

I think that the price its a little high

We had a problem with getting data from our customers and now with Hubspot we can get a lot information about our clients and future clients
Most user friendly and intuitive marketing automation software out there
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is by far the best part of all its tools. It is intuitive and the UX is today's standards (not like other competitors including AEM / Marketo). They also have great support and knowledgebase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get challenging because of all the add ons and the charge per contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing together many tools in one place and creating a centralized place for sales and marketing to look at every effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub lets you combine intelligent data with intent signals and gives you the ability to take action. I also appreciate how it integrates with the other tools we use, like Webflow, Salesforce, and Slack. This integration allows me to get what I need on the marketing front without disrupting the sales handoff flow, and timely surface changes in Slack ensure everyone has visibility. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In workflows, the contact record doesn't update while in a delay step, which has caused wrong communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track marketing attribution and web activity, improving visibility into lead sources and communication. It integrates with Salesforce for seamless sales handoff and Slack for timely updates, ensuring team visibility.

I guess the complexity of doing the lifecycle, and tags on leads

Making email marketing, and nurturing leads at Pingback is way easy with HubSpot Marketing Hub.

The cadences, the dashboards, all the features add a lot to the day-to-day.

When the call doesn't go through, or when we think the connection is bugged, contact customer support.

Understanding how the team's evolution is progressing regarding the necessary metrics helps in the team's journey.

They need another section on the platform called 'Revenue oeprations" to go with sales and marketing. It can be hard to find what you need
