What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and e-mails. Probably is the most complete tool to send e-mails and control workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics personalization. I think the user shoud control their metrics view with more precision

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is that all of the activities that you conduct as a business (e.g communications that you send out to customers whether it a marketing email, workflow, quote) is all tracked and can easily be transformed into KPI's as a dashboard for your department. I use it every day because it streamlines everything most of the things I do in marketing - I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a while the social media scheduling tool didn't allow us to schedule GIF's posts and had a limit of 4 posts for LinkedIn. However, Hubspot continues to improve its features everyday and now it supports that feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the customer journey and how they move through the sales funnel helps us gain clarity on where we are falling short in terms of our marketing efforts and invest more resources into improving it. Knowledge is power, and having these analytics gives more power to the business.

New Efficiency + Simplicity in Our CRM/MAP

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot MH is an integral piece of our business. We leverage it with Sales Hub Enterprise to build an ABX approach to blend inbound/outbound to our qualified accounts. Leveraging emails (marketing + sales), meetings, # numbers, etc. allllllll within HubSpot makes reporting and dashboarding so easy. Love the tools. Thank you, HS team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small bits of functionality (being able to export values from properties, etc.) could be improved but it's still an A+ platform that has transformed our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running an entire ABX program out of HS Marketing/Sales Hub... and it's awesome. No need for limiting integrations, excess platform spends, and multidiscplinary trainings/contractors. We build sales pipeline every day within one tool. I've never seen such a comprehensively intelligent growth platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be monitored in one place. It's easy to train and customer support is always helpfil.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost and that is about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so much easier to keep track of posts in clean way and it's way easier to cross post on certain days

What do you like best about the product?
Love using Marketing Hub for our needs! It is such a great tool to bring together a timeline of events on a client account in an area where we can collaborate on what we as a company need to do to continue being the best in our division. Using the integrations of HubSpot have allowed us to also save time and money with housing them in a user-friendly space without all the extra buttons.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms area in which you can capture data from an online submission certainly have some faults. I think that portion of the software needs an overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solve a lot with just the housing of things alone! Before HS Marketing, you would have to have multiple programs open at one time in order to get through the day which would cause computer probelms and take a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the organization of the platform. It makes creating landing pages, email campaigns, scheduling social campaigns, website pages, etc. very easy. The customer support chat is also great, any questions I have are answered within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I with the SMS came with the marketing professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the need to use multiple platforms. We are able to have our CRM, marketing email, and socials all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools, it really can be a one stop shop for your marketing dept.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming and can feel overly complicated to set up a simple intergrated campaign, an email that gets an automatic response that is also connected to a LinkedIn ad and google ads, it isn't simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM connecting our Salesforce product to HubSpot and following leads. Landing page creation. Email creation and tracking. Having everything we need on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of integrating it with ad networks and how well their attribution system works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular - I haven't stumbled upon a use case that wasn't accounted for.

It solves attribution issues really well - and tells you how traffic sources impact different parts in the funnel.
