A MAP Made For The User & Improving for the User
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it stays on top of trends in the email marketing world and makes my life as a email marketer so much easier. They stay on top of trends and make sure that we're staying compliant as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if we could track leads based on what audience the contact is a part of. This would help me determine which lists are leading to higher conversion rates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the problem of integrating lead forms with our MAP & then CRM. The integrations with Salesforce really blows me away and I love how easy it is to use and learn.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, TONS of helpful forum/blog posts, great integration and personalisation of contact fields... I could go on
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits on marketing contacts - I get it from a business point of view, but just kinda annoying to manage.
The bounced and not engaged should have a feature to automatically review them, or add them to a list where we can reach out and see if its worth keeping them or not.

Communication to our agents and students. GReat filtering and options to separate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The new updates and community that helps me deep dive and figure out workarounds for every problem!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the important things are still impossible with HS especially like using association labels via a workflow

Tracking and analytics gives a great sense of direction
It's pricy but it keeps you from having to sign up for multiple 3rd party systems

I like that it combines all the features of various websited into one interface

It is very expensive, and the web analytics don't seem as friendly as other options offered through wordpress etc.

It keeps me from having to have different systems for different platforms that don't play well together.

Wanted to be able to send emails to my contacts using another Google account other than the one linked to my account. I know I can create regular emails with other Google accounts, but I wanted to do them directly in the contact page whenever I have a task that says "send email"

Ability to send emails to people who sign up on our website

The Hubspot Marketing Hub is pretty self explanatory and simple to find the answers to questions concerning functions if needed. We use this daily for our customer service needs and it is one of our most helpful tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced so far is the app for mobile devices is not as user friendly and customizable as the web browser version.

The Marketing Hub is solving the issue of having data in multiple locations- it brings everything into one spot to view easily.

Hubspot the clever way to co-ordinate and manage my marketing activities
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables me to automate my CRM in a smart way. I can see when emails are opened and respond with offers and actions. I can input the company details and it recognises address details and auto populates the content for me.

There are bolt on services which you have to pay for, which I don't use enough to justify payment . But I suppose they have to do this in order to make commercially viable and implement.

It enables me to track and measure responses more effectively in campaigns. A great tool for any small business
Infrastructure for Long-Term Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
One of the greatest benefits of HubSpot is its "all-in-one" capability. It comes ready with the majority of the tools you'll need for a cohesive marketing and sales CRM and marketing hub - which really comes in handy when you're trying to move quickly as a marketing team vs. waiting on others outside your team to help you set up new tools, landing pages, dashboards, etc. For instance, when we needed to quickly set up a new customer portal (something that would typically require a lot of dev time), we were able to use HubSpot Landing Pages and Forms to get that ready to roll in a matter of days.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does typically require many hands on deck to keep it running smoothly. It's likely that at least one person will have to spend most of their time maintaining the instance and data quality. You'll also need buy-in from developers up-front to help you get data tracking in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is our solution for scalabiltiy and being ready for the unknowns of future growth. If you're a growing business, you'll have the essential infrastructure you need for 6 months, one year, and multiple years down the line, so you can scale without having to rip and replace tooling alongthe way. For marketing teams, that's peace of mind.
