New to marketing and in love with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The options for integration and creativity are endless. I did not have to re-invent the wheel to create dynamic landing pages

Sometimes it is difficult to manipulate templates and landing pages

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a good platform for marketing and sales. Very easy to use with user friendly interface. Lots of pre build cool templates, Forms, Newsletter and Media. Excellent Customer support by Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an issue with formatting and display with emails and other pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, Hubspot help me a lot to solve my problems like run marketing campaign, newsletters, SMS, Advertising.

Fantastic UI and easy to pick up on. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are not as robust as I would like and I have to rely on data exports sometimes.

HubSpot gives us a 360 view into our sales and marketing activities. Our team is able to stay on top of deals and active oppurtunites as well as analyze marketing campaigns, all from the easy to use platform. It is great for marketing and sales teams alike

What do you like best about the product?
Follow your marketing strategy and deploy it with all the possibilities of Hubspot. The different features allow for a complete strategy.

The getting started is a bit overwhelming, with many possibilities and tabs.

Allows us to centralize our different tasks on a single tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I use this every day and can't begin to explain how easy it is to use and how amazing their vast array of resources to educating yourself and tools to help enable yourself and others easily — when there is anything I have an issue with or am confused about, their support team (both customer support and integration team who made the implementation process quite streamlined) and library of resources provides plenty of content to teach yourself and others if need be. HubSpot Marketing has done an incredible job with how they have never stopped evolving their line of products with a breadth of complex features by adding chatbots or new lead gen and ABM product components or marketing automation functionality to enhance an already great product further.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the major downside here is when you get larger you might need to move to a different type of product set that has more specificity on a functional basis. This tends to be the case at larger tech companies, and with the way this happens to be a very sticky product as is and adding new features and making it a more robust product for SMB & mid-market SaaS, you might become over-intertwined in the product to even want to make a move laterally if that ever is something that does cross your mind. Other than that, I would say that they could make some features a bit more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is taking the world of old and everything such as administrative tasks you might have a marketing analyst/associate/coordinator take on themselves, or even an email marketing specialist and build it into a seamless, touch-free process. That last part is the key, the more you can build touch-free processes into your business, the more you get back the time to be more productive of the revenue-generating activities you care about most. That is exactly the core and fundamental problem that HubSpot Marketing solves for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot truly listens to community feedback and continues to release new updates with further features and new tools. I know if it's missing something or a way to be improved, it will mostly likely happen within the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the marketing email builder can still be improved, it often feels clunky and rigid when trying to set up layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pulls in all marketing activity into one place. The reports and dashboards can be fully tailored per department while provuding overview for the entire company.

the interface is all web page format which is really heavy and slow to figure out

Easy to set up, easy to use. Known in the market and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor integrations, limited features, unimpressive Roadmap. Don't really like to use it therefore.
