Business Expansion Architect
What do you like best about the product?
In my position, I like the analytics of the marketing content going out after an event. It assists us in how to approach prospects in future events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see a dislike on my end as of yet. The tool is someone new for my department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pain point that HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us with tremendously is Time management! The ease of use has saved work hours and we have been able to focus on other aspects of marketing.
An Amazing Toolset for any Business!
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations through our website including products, sales workflows, forms, CTAs and everything is unmatched with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike really. Everything works wonderfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our new CMS website and our sales best practices through HubSpot is vital to growth of our business, sales, and a better customer journey!
Outstanding For Client Database and Marketing Tool R&D
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made email promotional marketing tools easier to reach our desired audience and build a platform to streamline sharing those specific videos, photos, and necessary content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that although the layout on most pages is easy to navigate, I would love an easier shortcut feature to get to specific folders and sub folders quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we aren't experiencing any issues with our business account.
Always up-to-date tech
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot always has a new offering that mirrors the tech we're seeing in our industry - options for employee advocacy, social scheduling, AI to assist in writing. Everything that pops up in our industry, HubSpot is quick to create an in-tool solution for us marketers so we can test it out and also stay on the cutting edge. It's one of my favorite things about HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The AI tool is still a work in progress and I know it'll get better. But for now it's nice ot at least have a tool to help assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building a marketing department from scratch at my new role and HubSpot has been crucial to giving me one interface where I can manage everything on my own as I build it. In particular, the social scheduler is saving my life! I don't have budget to add to my marketing tech stack and since HubSpot has a solution - I don't need to.
Great for data and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The data I can pull out of hubspot is great - I can see what campaigns have prompted visits and which pages a visitors has gone to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live chat that could help with quick questions instead of ticket raising, although the tickets are processed very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
real analytics which Ive been struggling with from GA4 since it launched.
Great automations platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very intuitive platform. The marketing hub has all the tools needed to enrich the users journey throughout all the stages (before, during and after conversions).
You can easily design landings and emails with their drag and drop mode, or work with more complex designs using css code.
The use of workflows is very wide and they can be personalized to do almost anything.

That the unique identifier for a contact is only the email.

Having all our users data in one place.

Highly recommend it for professional marketeers
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a must-have tool to handle everyday marketing tasks like managing social media, blog posts, email campaigns and Ads all on a single interface. The team also ensures that they update new features that can help us explore more creative aspects as a marketeer. Hubspot ensures to fullfill everything that is necessary for a company's marketing or atleast the support team is there to guide you with alternate apps via third party integration.

Cost of subscription is pretty high while compared to other Marketing CRMs.

Software is dated and the company service in some ways is now poor, sales hungry zombie company

It's super powerful and full featured. They have great support

Their billing model and the way they intrdoducted "market ing contacts" as a currency to do undercover billing is a poor and deceptive approach.

What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me most is the capacity to analyze accurate and valuable data. Generating lists and crafting spreadsheets is effortless, and its seamless integration with our internal platform is impressive. I rely completely on the marketing hub for all communication sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating and adding graphics to templates a bit challenging; a more intuitive interface would be helpful. Additionally, improved SMS reporting would greatly enhance data analysis capabilities for me.
