Linking Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for it's easy-to-use UX understanding, how it always has new features and Betas that are being released. The Landing Page templates are easy to navigate, and my company uses a developer to create custom modules. I appreciate the HubSpot Customer Service for answering any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still trying to navigate the Ads feature of Marketing Hub. I ended up going back into LinkedIn directly to run the ad campaign and then link the social assets to the Campaign created in HubSpot for tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is solving our problem of scheduling social posts and having a landing page with easy-to-understand metrics on traffic.
Extremely intuitive program
What do you like best about the product?
Not only do I find HubSpot easy to use, but I also like how it has different aspects that is needed in a CRM, from marketing to sales, with analytics and social integration. There are many other integrations, as well as training, certifications, and excellent customer support to help with onboarding and implementation. I use it frequently throughout the day, and it has become in integral part of our day-to-day operations and client management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much about HubSpot that we do not like. It seems like once we find an issue or a feature it may not have, the the Hubspot team has already thought of it and is either in the process of implementing it, or making a part of a future update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is bringing all the marketing elements that we need to operate efficiently under one platform. I am able to create email campaigns, social campaigns, and landing pages while segmenting our contacts, all without leaving the environment. I particularly like that we can track our contacts activities and see who has looked at what relevant asset, when, and where. I can tell where they are coming from and if we are reaching the intended audience with the internal message. Most importantly, through its tracking capabilities and campaign management, Hubspot converts our marketing efforts into a measurable dollar value. It highlights the effects of marketing on the user, showing if they are a new contact or a returning one, which is extremely useful information when looking at the overall trajectory of the client journey.
Hubspot's AI features have made my work process so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is the first thing I open everyday. I love the ability to create, schedule, and house everything my team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issues regarding the marketing hub have more to do with our website host rather than hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The attribution reports I am able to build have been a game changer for my department.
Hubspot has helped tremendously with keeping my contacts and organizing my deals so easily.

Hubspot has helped me stay organized and save my contaacts so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain access requirements that I am not allowed to use unless I pay more to do so.

Definitley keeping all of my deals and companies so easily excessable for the rest of my team as well.
A very powerful all-in-one marketing toolset
What do you like best about the product?
I like the CRM website creation and management tools. I work in that daily, as well as the social posting tools and analysis tools. Both workflows have streamlined my daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing files could be easier if you were able to upload updated versions of images/animations. It would also be helpful to sort which images/animations aren't used (in website, social posts, emails, etc.) so I could delete them en masse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, email, and social marketing all in one platform.
The Best Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, the features work seamlessly, and it integrates very well with our other CRM platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform gets updated very often that all bugs seem to be taken care of all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves our scaling as a team. We're able to create seamless automations that help our team work efficiently and a large scales.
The best tool for Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface, especially the drag-and-drop editor, makes it accessible for marketers at any skill level. Automation and workflow features have streamlined my processes, and the detailed analytics help me make informed decisions. The platform's integration capabilities allow me to connect with other tools seamlessly. The educational resources provided by HubSpot Academy are valuable for staying updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations like - Calendly Integration date and time issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addresses the challenge of repetitive tasks, allowing automation of marketing processes and the creation of personalized workflows, improving efficiency and consistency.
Best Marketing Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards in HubSpot that allow me to see my metrics in one place have been extremely helpful in develping marketing strategy and adjusting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface for website design and adding elements to website pages is a little hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubsSpot analytic tracking for website usage and blog pages is helping our team disocer what topics are important in our industy and how those change over time.
Best Marketing Automation and One Stop Shop for Revenue Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing for me is to have all my Pipeline Data in one place. It is much easier to run data analysis and improve revenue performance with that. The new CMS also works fine for SMEs, I would say.
Overall, it has a friendly Interface and is open to integration with other CRMs if you don't use theirs (I highly recommend you do, especially with this new Prospecting feature).
After you use it for a few months, you will see how easy and logical it is to find and organize things. I use it on a weekly basis, and I'm pretty happy with everything I've seen so far.
Customer Support is generally helpful.
The self Onboarding process is pretty straightforward, and the community support is usually helpful.

It's impossible to personalize Lead Lifecycle Stage. While this can be a bad thing in some context, I still think it is for the best since their standard format works in all types of organization.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking through offline events, Social Media posts scheduling and analytics, Lead data collection - visualization - analysis, and more.
Super Helpful Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning how to use the platform, along with the centralized information that comes with every update, makes it user-friendly. Additionally, the customer support is consistently helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky if you are not custom to programming language. Another challenging thing is to not loose focus with all of the options, fields, properties, etc.
