Easy to construct emails and send them with a good amount of statistical information.

Marketing email scale. We use HubSpot emails as our primary way to communcate with prospects and customers. So it is an important part of our customer journey.
Has been such a robust and comprehensive tool for building, nurturing and targeting our database.
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of features and tools and the ease of which they can be integrated with our other tools.

Just wish it was a little cheaper, but still great value overall.

HubSpot Marketing Hub rocks because it's an all-in-one platform. Everything you need for marketing—emails, social media, SEO—is right there. It's easy to use, saves time with automation, gives great insights, and plays well with other tools. It's a game-changer for managing and boosting your marketing efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, HubSpot Marketing Hub can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for beginners. The cost can also be a downside for smaller businesses. Additionally, while it integrates with many tools, some specific integrations might be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a lifesaver when it comes to centralizing marketing efforts. It tackles issues like scattered marketing tools and disjointed data. By bringing everything together, it streamlines our marketing processes, enhances our understanding of customer behavior, and ultimately helps in creating more targeted and effective campaigns.
Useful and vast marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The email portion of Marketing Hub is an extremely useful tool to send out emails to a select group of your clients. Coupled with its other features of workflows and templates, it makes sending emails to large groups of clients easy and simple. The ability to schedule when those emails go out is also a great feature. It is also great that any questions I have had have been answered swiftly and timely so we can get back into using this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can only access your email templates from creating a new email. It would be easier and better to manage if there was a separate place for those email templates to live and be editted without having to "create" an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us be able to send out emails to larger groups of clients easily, saving us plenty of time. The scheduling portion of the marketing emails is also great for helping us prepare in advance for emails to be sent out.

You can track the whole journey of a customer. From getting customers in the door in the first place to seeing how they engage with content, HubSpot Marketing allows marketers to see what works.
It's also very easy to set things up - not just this, it integrations with many of the tools we use such as Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, JotForm. Even custom apps!
And when I need a hand with something, the customer support is always fantastic and prompt.
I use HubSpot Marketing every day and I'd encourage every marketer to as well - it really helps us see what the customers need and want!

Some of the features that would be great in the Professional Plan are only available in the Enterprise Plan, resulting in a huge cost for someone who is in a small team like myself. More specifically:

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great platform that has allowed my office to organize and strategize daily! We frequently use the system and constantly seek new ways to use this system. It is understandable to novice computer users and has advanced technology for even the most skilled professional. The overall ease of implementation is what works for interdepartmental development within my office. The dynamic nature is another aspect I like best about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it does not suggest ways to analyze the data I input. This could be an AI update to suggest charts and reports in pop-up form. Unfortunately, there is no way to export notes within each of my HubSpot contacts & deals, and this is a limitation and straining the ease of integration within my office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing my office to track communications from cold to sold, develop and track marketing material, and improve with the use of analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automation aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub. I can easily create an email, social post, landing page, etc and schedule it out for a later date. It helps me to stay organized and prepare ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the reports & numbers aren't always accurate, especially when it comes to socials. There's a lot of information that isn't reflected through Hubspot due to our use of other tools (GoogleAnalytics, paid social campaigns, etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage socials, create email campaigns, build landing pages, and more which is a lot to juggle at once. HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me manage everything on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive, there are many features and we can easily navigate. Also I love that we get great customer support, and sometimes I even get videos explaining step by step what I should do!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can really think of at the moment

Easy to schedule social media posts, send out newsletters, create landing pages for webinars and make lists, and analyze it all at the end.
