What do you like best about the product?
User Experience. It is easy to navigate and has imnportant integrations

Landing Pages, difficult to create something similar to our website theme.

Revolutionized the way I do Marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is brilliant because it keeps everything in one place. I've previously used various programs for Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing and CRM so to have everything in one place is a game changer. It makes me more efficient in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't say there are any downsides to the Hubspot Marketing Hub. It's made everything I do so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me to with my marketing attribution. I'm able to see where customers come from and finally get an idea of the ROI for each customer
HubSpot is the Ultimate Platform for any Marketer
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is by far the best platform I have ever used. It has significiantly improved our efficiency by having an all in one platform. I am no longer wasting time hoping from platform to platform to schedule a post or send an email. It has all the tools a marketer would need to help their business flourish. Not to mention, it is very user friendly and has a fantastic online customer support team! I know intergrating can be stressful but this was such a breeze with Hubspot! I was guided through the connection process which took, no joke, minutes! Quick and easy. It was also super easy to connect all of our social accounts and website. This is our numbner one tool in our Marketing and is used everyday. Our team is very satisfied when it comes to using HubSpot's Marketing Hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can see from using HubSpot Marketing, is that you can not connect a Pinterest account to help with posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing helped us get a better insight on our customer by being about to see their activity on our website. We can see each page our users click on as well as where are customers are coming from ie. google or social or reference. This has provided us great insight on how to target our customers better.
Simple to Use and Fairly Scalable
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are all very easy to use, even for folks using a marketing CRM for the first time. The customization options both within the landing page and email editor, as well as the fields and records, are fairly robust for most needs, and you are able to scale to a more robust plan for enterprise teams that require even more features and customization. But for those who don't need all the "bells and whistles" are are just looking to get started, the less expensive packages still come with a lot of useful features that can help you elevate your marketing and digital efforts. Getting up and running is also fairly simple with their user-friendly import function (this also can be used for mass updates which makes cleaning up your data more efficient). Overall, a very good tool for most organizational needs that can scale as your needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some native features are not editable, such as data fields that Hubspot automatically tracks, and the lower-priced subscriptions do limit the logic and customization that's available in workflows, which can be challenging if you are used to building more robust customization. The timeline feature is extremely helpful for making your tracking simple, while providing much more insight into your users' journeys, however; this is native to Hubspot and most of this event-level tracking does not translate easily to other platforms (essentially, you will need to integrate or use their open API to pull this information into any other systems because you cannot export it directly - so be mindful of how this impacts your overall technology stack). If your internal reporting is complex, the dashboard and report options are also fairly limited on lower tier subscriptions so you may need to manipulate your data outside of Hubspot for more robust data analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot was purchased for us to have a centralized CRM system for both account data storage, as well as content marketing and engagement. So far, it has checked those boxes nicely. Both our sales and marketing teams have enjoyed using it primarily due to the number of features we have access to at a very reasonable price point, all within one platform that "talk" to one another, and the ease of use. Reviewing and making decisions based on our journey analytics is also a feature we have leveraged since changing to Hubspot.

Hubspot is exactly as the name implies, it is truly a hub for all things marketing. Seamless intergrations, marketing insight and great customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can become inhibitive as you add additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combines so many different aspects to marketing plans into one convenient spot.

The HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a game-changer for marketing and helping our organization grow. I love the service and the ease of use! HubSpot has been with us every step of the way through our journey with them. Customer support is always a message or a call away to answer any questions. They have step-by-step easy-to-follow guides and tutorials included with our HubSpot membership. I can quickly create a new form, marketing email, newsletter, daily social media posts to all of my social accounts, and website landing pages or blog pages. HubSpot includes reports and metrics to track performance on email marketing, forms, and social media posts. Contacts can be added and managed directly in HubSpot. I've used other platforms such as HootSuite, MailChimp, and Active Campaign but nothing beats what you can do in HubSpot or the user-friendliness. We manage multiple business units and the ability to have everything in one place is very convenient. You can also utilize tools outside of HubSpot and have them integrated in such as Canva and Typeform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see HubSpot expand and include an Ad platform similar to Google Ads and Analytics. Including more metrics and customized report-building tools.

Very useful and cost effective for smaller scale companies
What do you like best about the product?
At our stage of infancy HubSpot Marketing Hub offers us everything we need from customer information, deal tracking, bulk emails etc
What do you dislike about the product?
We would really like to use some of the automation features such as workflows and revenue tracking but the jump from our level to the next isn't feasible for our size of business. We don't require everything on the next level but would like some bits of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a sales background but picking up a lot of the Marketing for our organisation at present. The ease of use means I'm not wasting a lot of time building new aspects to our customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduling tool is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule pdfs for linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now can easily manage all of our social media accounts. We also can easily create email marketing campaigns.
Every Marketer Needs Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great CRM that allows you to tackle all marketing efforts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel a bit limited with specific capabilities and am forced to create a support request. I know the data exists, but it's not available for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the tool for all of our onsite landing pages, forms, email marketing, social media, segmentation and more. I'm in Hubspot every day building out a new campaign, designing a new site page and automating specific tasks across our organization.
HubSpot Makes it Easy for Us to Reach Prospects & Customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one place. Between lists and workflows, to email outreach that can be catered to each different audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little bit more flexibility in design aspects of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps all of our social media items in one place so I don't have to constantly go to each different app to post the same or similar thing!
