What do you like best about the product?
One of the key highlights is the CRM functionality. It offers a comprehensive view of client interactions, aiding in personalized and timely communication. This has been invaluable for maintaining strong client relationships and tracking potential leads. The marketing automation features, especially the email campaign tools, are robust and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot offers a plethora of features that streamline our operations, the cost escalates notably with the need for more advanced functionalities. This is particularly evident as we expand our customer base and require more extensive usage of their services. The tiered pricing model, although flexible, can lead to unexpectedly high expenses as we scale up our activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary challenges in the startup phase is finding cost-effective solutions that don’t compromise on functionality. HubSpot perfectly addresses this by offering an all-in-one integrated platform that is not only affordable but also extremely efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we ciuld track user journey, and create different reports based on contacts, deals, company info. The integrations are rich. Navigating across the platform is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is mediocore it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a CRM and helps us track leads, thier journey and gives insights on deals & marketing mediums that works for us

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. HubSpot is a great tool to teach to beginners who are new with marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and keeping up with current trends to solve for like the increasing amount of contacts or leads that are stale in the current job climate and the high bounce rate that follows when sending an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot for marketing automations, workflows and as our primary ESP.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot in various roles for almost 10 years now and I COULD do my job without it – but I'm not sure I'd want to. It has such a powerful, varied suite of features that are so easy to pick up and use. I use it every single day from the moment I log in – my home screen is my Marketing reporting dashboard – to when I close the laptop. From social posting to reporting to email to landing pages to client and candidate engagement to lead capture forms to SEO to paid campaigns, I manage everything in one tool. It has been integrated almost effortlessly into our Marketing stack and while there is a level of onboarding and implementation involved, it's well worth it. The customer support tools are also outstanding, with multiple channels and short response times. I haven't even scratched the surface on how powerful this tool is – HubSpot have always said that they want to turn their users into evangelists, and it's worked on me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not hugely technical and there are sometimes issues around formatting and display to be resolved with emails and landing pages. We have also had some niggles around the implementation of Smart Content, but any downsides are minor compared to how useful the tool is and how positive our experience has been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with attribution – something we've struggled with in the past – and is rolling all of our marketing activity into one central place, removing the need for disparate systems that don't talk to each other.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface. It is user freindly, easy to navigate, and it makes everything you do easier. Customer support is always available when you need them and are willing to go above and beyond to help meet your needs. I use HubSpot everyday in my day to day job and overall, it is an asset and makes my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some community-requested features are slow to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving the problem of contact tracking, event registration, event communication, and social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that everything can be found in one spot. Emailing, CRM, and Forms all in one spot makes it so easy to manage a large book of business. The customer support you have is exceptional. You can easily submit a ticket or call the helpline to get an answer to your questions fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few downsides to HubSpot Marketing would be formating in the emails can a little confusing or hard to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing solves everything from managing the leads to easily emailing with personalization to the masses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it because its easy to use, has the function and capabilites we need that are custom to our needs and a tool that we can rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting tools don't have all the customization that we would want or that would make our jobs easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there is a lot of customizable options in the usage. It makes it easy to get what I need from the platform. I also like that its easy to navigate and that there is a TON of options for finding help or guides on usage. Customer support is VERY responsive and does their best to help out, which I like a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs or glitches that happen that make it difficult to navigate and/or cause difficulty in executing regular functions. There is also some common sense updates that could be implemented in the contact management space of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing hub solves the problem of managing our array of email campaigns in relation to our website. We email our lists to promote events, share news, and send out a weekly newsletter and HubSpot makes it easy to include our website materials in those emails and maintain our branding across mediums.

HubSpot also allows us to share information from form fills to contacts to email lists which makes it easier to connect with our audience and increase their engagement with the content we produce.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is the fact that all of the channels I need for full-scale campaigns are in one singular platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding time for a new user can be time-consuming, but when you factor in the amount of time it would take to train people up on multiple platforms and the disconnection between the platforms, it makes it all worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot creates a seamless connection between my customer and prospective customer database and the marketing channels my company uses. It allows me to develop a strategy and deploy the tactics within a centralized platform for better reporting, tracking, optimization, and peace of mind that the dots in my plan are actually connected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly and easy HubSpot is to use. I also love the support at HubSpot. We have always had a great representative from HubSpot who is very responsive and makes a point to meet with us whenever we need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the reporting in HubSpot. I usually just create lists to see the information I am trying to find. HubSpot is user-friendly in every other aspect but the reports. I think there could be some improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very small team so the automation has been a huge help to our team. We love creating workflows, turning them on and then monitoring them on a weekly basis. It has saved our team so much time throughout the week to work on other things.
