Hubspot has made our work seemless!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of having everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to resend unopened emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to do multiple things in one place and I love being able to have that one stop shop!
Set it and forget it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration portion and the ability to schedule out multiple emails/social posts. Also, I love the addition of AI as it keeps my posts lively and unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the ability to post to Instagram and that's a little frustrating. It's because the Facebook page was created as a page and not an account. Not life altering but not entirely the fault of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data needed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis is all on one report so I don't have to toggle between different accounts to extract this data.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot team have been so helpful in setting us up and supporting us ongoing. The use is simple, and we get great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, everything so far has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating a CRM sales platform with email marketing and other tools has been extremeley beneficial.
Easy to Edit
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the design elements for HubSpot Marketing Hub have improved over the years and the modular elements are looking really nice across marketing touchpoints. The data we see in the platform is accurate and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it the emails supported more dimension - vibrant html and image/video experiences. They are pretty basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving customers through flows, understanding where they are converting. Communicating with customers.
A good Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has lots of different applications that help you contact your customers in different ways. For example, through Whatsapp or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might be hard to understand if you are not too used to these types of websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact many of my clients in many different ways, all with just a click.

What do you like best about the product?
Hibspot is the most user friendly CRM for marketing. The karketing hib is highly efficient and capable of all kinds of automation for making marketeer's easy

Nothing as such. I would say hubspot can improve on the knowlegde base

The hub helps me automate my email campaigns has a very easy to use landing page creator and gives me a great hand on creating all possible and required dadhboards
Amazing integration options and user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to filter contacts based on actions made in emails, which helps me to create lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if we could add forms on emails, just like on landing pages instead of having to add buttons/ links to it.

Beig able to shceudle social media posts ahea dof time while being able to create & manage emails, landing pages, forms and marketing data all in one place

New to Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I am in a weird position. I work as a marketing professional so I am creating for my clients, Hubspot makes it super easy to manage my various client's pages. I also love the academy classes and more learning. I am able to go in on a monthly basis and upload everything with a quick daily check-in to see how it is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me longer than other platforms to learn, but all help and other resources have been so helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage all of my clients accounts from one spot, it is amazing.
