Intuitive + tons of resources
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to use, it can be intimidating at first but there is so much material that you can consume and familiarize yourself with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a pretty solid tool, hard to call out something I don't like about Hubspot.

Easy to use user interface and all the tools and features for running a marketing campaign.
Analytics for getting realtime reports
API integration work clean and smooth with other application
Minimal setup effort required

Template editor and designers are pretty good when comparing others

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the product and I'm am happy with hubspot and their customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using hubspot for our marketing campaigns helps to organise all our data in one place. The analytics helps to monitor performance, automation saves our time, simple to transfer and assign leads.
Essential tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me save a lot of time in analysis by using the dashboards and indicators. It does have a lot of native integrations, so it's easy to implement. It's very easy to contact support when needed. Hubspot is a tool to use every day, as a part of your routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it hard to create dashboards. Hubspot could have a better way to create indicators mixing contacts/deals properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It most helps me to have a better understanding of our leads and their sources, and how our actions impact those.
So much more than a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
An easy to use and implement CRM, HubSpot is so much more than a CRM - it's n opportunity to move your business into the world of Inbound.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. HubSpot contstantly groes and develops as per their users requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a platform which enable Inbound marketing, we are able to achieve consise, effective results with a small, well trained team, increasing our bottomline.
Hubspot is amazing!

It has a lot of features and I love the fact that you can actually get certificates for a lot of different things.
They really know how to run a good business and they know exactly how SEO works.

Hubspot can get a little bit pricy when you are sending out a lot of emails for example.

It's one of the best ways to keep all of your customer information in 1 place.

The reporting tools are powerful and easy to use and also like the marketing integrations with the major ad platforms. HS support is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve as there are a lot of great features. Takes an investment of time to get the most out of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS is helping attribute marketing source of prospects and customers and manage the entire customer lifecycle. It also includes GDPR and PIPL compliance which we did not have on our previous pletform.
Best Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can simply integrate all leads from our website regardless of the channels they're coming from (e.g. chat, whatsapp, lead form, etc). I also love thw workflows and the seamless integration it has with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
i can't really think of anything I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub. I think that there are a lot of advancements in this field but HubSpot are leading it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to build workflows to pretty much any use-case is HUGE for us, especially when try to notify Sales people via email or slack for new leads, or when creating an email marketing drip campaign for nurturing new prospects.
Powerful automations and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
In general it's is intuitive and easy to use, while still being comprehensive. But what's really blown me away is how automations really supercharge what you can do - and they aren't that hard to learn!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitively built to track companies , but rather focusses on deals or contacts. Not a failing of the product, but for us that is what is causing us most workarounds, as we track activity (sales, support etc.) and progress also on a company level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our source of truth. We use it across teams (marketing, sales, support, partner) as well as for management reporting.
Interacting between teams is pretty easy and enables us to do joined up analytics pre and post sales.
