There is so many functionalities, that it can be deficult to navigate through.

It collects all data in one place and makes it easy to create both automations and get an overview

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines marketing features, contact lists through lifecycle stage workflows, pre-loaded mailer templates, scoring properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
To send marketing saves mailers, it must come from a hubspot user rather than a generic inputted email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Schedule email marketing, ad management, email clicks and responsiveness directly into the CRM to analyse it's analytics. no need to third party platform.

HubSpot A Great CRM Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and easy to integrate in out platforms. I used it daily and there's no major problems that I encountered so far. It improves our conversion delivery and data & analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dowside is that it is quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes data gathering easier and conversion tracking faster.

What do you like best about the product?
the integration between marketing tools with the rest of modules in hubspot (Service, Sales). Also, because I mainly work with workflows, I really like the integration with them
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't know now specifically what i dont't like about it. But, most probably, I would like to have better ways to organize things like Forms and Files, but mostly because I need to work with others, but this is not a big deal actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to deliver a better quality of leads to our Sales department, to be more focus and granular at the same time. Also, thanks to the integratiojn with workflows, it is very easy for me to create automations that make things easier for the rest of my colleages.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing helps us to stay on top of our business contacts becuase of it's eas of use. It was very easy to implement in our organization and we found we used it every day. It quickly becaue ingrained into our business flow becuase of how easy it was to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challanging it it's lack of native support with Mac Outlook. It does not support this environment like it does the PC version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer interactions and helping us mover our prospects through the sales pipeline. It also helps us to realize what works and does not when reaching out to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a crucial tool in the process of monitoring Social Media Marketing campaigns, every day we discover new applications both for attracting new leads and for the process of profiling and closing new clients, all from the same tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the panel for Leads attention could be a point of improvement, we have developed 2 Pipelines, to manage the flow of leads in one and the deals in the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of ROI in our ads.
Visibility of the entire customer journey.
Ease of operating large amounts of information.

Our all in one solution!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is that we can manage so much of our marketing through a single platform. Everything from advertising, email marketing, SMS, and social. I love the reporting capabilities within the platform to measure by campaign and channels. I also feel that using HubSpot CMS is a bonus. Tracking is already built within the platform, and the ease of use allows my team to do much of the work ourselves. HubSpot is very intuitive, and the company does a good job of providing access to information for us to scale our efforts. Another added feature I enjoy is the forms that we use for both internal and external purposes. HubSpot has made my team and our processes more efficient. I would recommend this tool to small and midsize companies. My success manager has also been very supportive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any real downsides that we cannot work around. I am very happy with our purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a holding company that supports multiple brands, and HubSpot has made managing campaigns across the various companies much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is definitely user friendly with showing the resources and tools within view. Frequency of use is important with having an easy system to navigate. The number of features outweigh what I can handle which is good because I get the opportunity to learn how awesome Hubspot continues to be. Integration from another software was easy and simple. Customer Support for my issues were resolved rather quicker than normal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would speed up the process with incorporating a.i. to the use and implementation of campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complication of setting up and executing campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Curve: The platform can be complex for beginners, leading to a steeper learning curve.
Email Editor: The email editor is less intuitive than other email marketing platforms. The user cannot change a Social Media post once it's posted - this should change so that you don't have to pull content but easily change messaging without anyone knowing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
You have everything in one single place, and that's pretty awesome due to the amount of stuff you can do with your HubSpot Marketing Hub. I feel the level of organization and detail I have achieved with it, I won't find any anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has its downsides, but... I wouldn't say that disturbs me. For example, the fact of not having the capability of creating a list based on the engagement that a marketing email gets, it's kind of pitty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My communication with leads was manual and when I found HubSpot my communication channels improved a lot.
