A useful and comprehensive platform for our entire marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, what I appreciate the most about HubSpot is the comprehensiveness of using a platform that serves multiple purposes withing my wider marketing team. This equips me and the team to connect tactics under campaigns for a better view on multi-domain efforts and and results for the same purpose. I used to use other specific social media management platforms, but that ended up encouraging siloed work. Also, moving to Hubspot mean cost saving as we could get rid of investments in extra platforms by focusing on making the most out of a single platform for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only frustration with Hubspot is around limitations in collecting metrics for my social media posts. I tried working with support for workarounds, but it seems to be something that can't be fixed for now, which adds an extra layer of work of having to check full result metrics directly in social media channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives me the capability of connecting my social media posts to our marketing campaigns for events, webinars and other efforts. This means equipping our team with a multi-domain tactics view for each campaign (as in gathering tactics like social media, email marketing etc). It also allowed us to be smarter and more efficient with our investments as we got rid of the cost of a separate social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting features that come with using the marketing hub. For emails, social posts and things we schedule out, there are a lot of tools to pull reports based on those which are always very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way that contacts are automatically moved to a unengaged contact list if they aren't super active with emails- I do get why but its just something I dislike. Also, this isn't a bash on the Marketing Hub but I know that we aren't using it to the best of our abilities, there are so many features that we haven't even scratched the surface with yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having our social media posts and emails all in the same spot that is very helpful and seamless for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to really customize my marketing so each client/customer can have a personalized experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I particularly dislike. The Marketing Hub does everything I need it to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is solving the lack of systems we had to create a solid marketing plan in the past. It's benefitting us because we can set up email sequences and forms that allow us to get more participation from our customer base.
Globally recognised and Fined tool for Marketing Automation Task!
What do you like best about the product?
To start with the best features, this has a fantastic UI than other tools, which is very clean and clear. So that, any fresher can easily adapt to it. Not only its user friendliness, this performs an task like Landing page builders, Forms, Leads(Contacts and Companies) Management, Database Management, Email Marketing and so on.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to other software integration, most of the platforms won't give as much support. But Hubspot has a great Customer Support team for our software integartion and implementation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my all time favourite tool, i have been using it for daily basis for the tasks like Worklow Automation which includes Marketing Emails, Transactional Emails, SMS and ADs, Website Management and creation is also easy, Database management, Reports and Dashboard analysis of my campaign performance.

Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I need is in one place. It is easy to standardize and schedule out all of my digital marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to create contact lists in the email section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

All my data is in one place. I can access from my desktop, tablet of mobile. The management team can see my activity instantly whether accessing through hubspot or receiving email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the limitations to create branded electronic forms and have the ability to amend a form after submission.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per previous comment, the ability to brand the system and notification, for example the email notifications should be related to my company and not Hubspot, if the Hubspot brand can not be removed then the ability to dual brand should be available.
Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have all your marketingtools in one place and that you can connect it to your sales. We don't make use of all the possibilities at this moment since we are a small company. I would like to invest more time into it to get more out of it, because I am sure you can do a lot with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the analytics part not so intuitive and easy to use. I have worked with Google Analytics which is also not that easy if you are not invested in it, but still it's a bit more easy than Hubspot. Also, it's not handy you cannot tag people in social media posts in Hubspot itself (which no tool can by the way), but because of that, we don't use this feature. The customer support is great if you reach out to setup a call for help, but the customer support through email / chat could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I think I need to invest more time into it to really get more out of it, but for now it already helps me. The main thing is that I don't have to use all different kind of tools and that I get support.

HubSpot supports multi-channel marketing, allowing you to manage campaigns across email, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads, Blogs and your website through a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is scalable depending on your growing data volumes and user bases. The concept of charging per Marketing Users is unfortunately a major obstacle if you think of scaling. Also most automation, sequences and workflow features come with the more expesive licenses. If your useruser base grows fast, this leads fast into larger license plans, if not tracked carefully.

It has everything a company needs to manage content, reach out to clients and all the marketing tools we didn't even know we needed.

Sometimes it becomes slow without notice - other than that, love it!

It's been solving our design problems because honestly sometimes I have no idea or out of of ideas, then Hubspot recommends or helps me/us.
Great solution for startups [till a level]
What do you like best about the product?
I find that HubSpot Marketing Hub really streamlines my marketing efforts. I benefit from its automation tools, lead management, and analytics. The platform integrates seamlessly with other HubSpot products and third-party tools, which enhances my workflow efficiency. Managing email campaigns, landing pages, and social media has become so much more manageable for me. I've noticed improved lead generation and better ROI tracking. What I appreciate most are its ease of use, its features, and its integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product gets expensive really quickly - which hurts when you're in a startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the marketing hub to quickly build event and webinar landing pages - something that would consume a week or so's time if I requested one of my developer colleagues to develop it. The ease of building webpages paired with integration with other HS features like forms, mail, and analytics - really makes it super easy to know how well the page performed.
