Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been actively using hubspot marketing platform for marketing reports and tracking the company KPIs. I would recommend Hubspot for its ease of use, detailed reporting and high quality customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are avilable only in the enterprise plan

You are able to adjust your contacts at diffeeent times to ensure the right coms go out to who you want at different times.

The tired restrictions, but seriously that's not an issue

Helping to keep all contacts associated to tlcirrain curcumstances in one place to ensure continuity. From there it can then distribute coms per your direction

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything you need, from everyday posting and scheduling your social media posts and ads, to email marketing and landing pages to improve your results and personalization in ads, it has everything in the same platform.
The best thing about Hubspot in general is its ease of use and integration with other tools like workflows (for automation) and if there's any issue, customer support is always there to help you out.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is in the social media section, you can't post every kind of post, like stories or uploading a PDF to Linkedin or a poll in Twitter. It is also no updated with the Twitter latest changes, like character lenght or image size.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings a lot of functions in one platform, I, most of the time, am working there, except when there is a post that is not supported. But I mostly use it for everything.
HubSpot Marketing is a Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Email creation is so easy and the data you can pull through HubSpot is really helpful. I also love the ease of use of forms and email automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I have found thusfar besides just limitations of the specific plan we pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're actually mostly using HubSpot currently for internal marketing, but I'm working on a project with a partner company to generate leads and improve retention.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do almost everything on it. Emails, Lanidn pages, keeping your contacts in one place. Also when i have a problem i can alwasy messege the custumore support whice are normally replaying in the same day or in the next 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small busy sometimes when creating the landing pages and the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have everyting in one place and we can have multiple people work on different campaigns. For example on person can work on an email and the other can work on a landing page.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tools you need in one place! You can create emails, landing pages, create campaigns, and the best part, all of the analytics are in one place!! It is very easy to use, and does not take too long to learn how to use the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if it had other features, like cleaning up email lists.

Having analytics for various things all in one place. Email marketing, digital marketing, landing pages, and other campaigns. It is a good platform to use to keep all of your marketing needs in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub is is super easy to use. While my use of the AI tool is still limited, we use it for all our social media, emails and landing pages. Having everything in one place ensures the entire team has a line of sight of what's planned, while ensuring we don't miss a beat with regards to our stragegy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I outright dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team growing into a bigger team for a company that's growing rapidly. This can make it challenging to keep track of all the moving parts of our marketing strategy and ensuring everyone on the team understands our ROI. The Hubspot Marketing Hub has allowed us to to implement more of a strategy, while automating the hard graft of implementing our strategy. It has also ensured our Sales and Marketing work closely together to improve the results of each team's activities, while provide more useful information to inform those activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The Social Hub and the Email Hub have been the most benefial to our organization. We are thrilled on the ease of use and easy implementation. We use it everyday compared to other business suites. Another thing that has very benefial are the Insight reporting. They have helped us plan our marketing in a logical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I dislike. It's helped us a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us keep all of our marketing under one central area. It's easier to manage and we are less skattered as we all work remotely so having a central hub has been wonderful!

The best marketing automation there is
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a foundational necessity for any efficient marketing team. It's intuitive and super powerful, and I use it all day every day to drive our marketing strategy and tactics. Basically, if I can imagine a marketing automation/task, HubSpot can do it. It's well-designed, extremely user-friendly, and there is documentation to support everything imaginable. The support is excellent as well - when I need help from a HubSpot rep, I always get a quick and helpful response. HubSpot integrates seamlessly with SalesForce, and I can easily manage the integration without assistance from a SalesForce admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle to generate the exact reporting I need, and the business unit functional still needs improvement (for example, need the option to clone an asset and assign it to a different business unit than the original - this exists in some areas of Marketing Hub, but not all).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot drives our automated digital marketing, marketing analytics, social media management, lead management and attribution, and more. It's a huge benefit to be able to manage this all in one place, and to be able to automate a lot of manual processes.
