Smart, useful tool for marketing and more
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use.
Drag and drop email construction, webpage and blog building abilities.
Excellent forms and templates.
I would say we need a better way to filter spam.

What do you dislike about the product?
The abilities to filter spam is lacking.
There is currently only 1 way and it's to block common email domains.
It would be appreciated if that was improved.
Also blocking specific contacts from filling out forms.

It's making the whole marketing process easier.
One-stop shop for all our marketing and sales needs
What do you like best about the product?
It has got all under one roof. Ton of integrated tools to automate an organisations market and sales processes. Easy to use and great knowledge base and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit expensive if you are a small company. For example we primarily use its forthe marketing (emails, landing pages) and social media management purposes only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it is being primarily used for marketing process automation (like email and landing pages building) and social media management. With hubspot, it is easier to design, schedule and run the campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is and that I can see what other teams who share the account with us have posted
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no feature to schedule story posts on IG or FB. The analytics do not match with what we see on Meta Business Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts ahead of time is a real time saver for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is intuitive but also customizable - the best of both worlds - in ways other CRMs just are not.

The Business Units feature is not fully developed. In order to be truly useful, it needs to be usable with all Hubspot features,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing our client / prospect data, improving customer journey, enhancing pipeline. Increased leads for us.
Hubspot is user friendly, and when it isn’t—there’s help.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to learn. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at first, but the tools are (for the most part) intuitive and quick to master. When things go wrong (usually by user error), HubSpot support is always there to give quick assistance and educate on how to make things better moving forward. HubSpot makes me feel smart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes solutions are difficult to find and can be hidden from everyday users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes everything I do in my marketing role easier, and it also helps me empower teammates to learn new skills and own their projects.

i can easily send newsletter emails and segment different customer lists.

the coding for the email templates makes it difficult to adjust them.

we need to send info to our customers so the newsletter marketing emails help with that a lot.
Fairly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy and straight forward to use. Pretty self-explanatory

There are some simple things I want to do like move things around in emails or landing pages that HubSpot just does not allow the platform to do which is frustrating.

Having all the data in one spot is super helpful when our insights are scattered

The ease of use makes it possible for different team members to know exactly how to use HubSpot in a way that benefits them. Also the number of features and the frequent updates are very nice.

The overwhelming amount of features, it is important to align your goals with the possible features.

Better than most of the Marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing hub has a plethora of features that makes it one software for every task. You can send emails, quotes, track documents and more along with email automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is a great software if you buy the complete suite of sales and marketing hub. If you buy it indiviually, there are some limitations

Love HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user friendly. I love their email marketing tool, the drag and drop makes it super easy and simple to create beautiful emails. I also enjoy their forms, HubSpot forms are a huge part of our business and their automated workflows make life much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of their landing page feature. Their chat is really great but didn't love our initial customer support training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves all of my marketing automation and is tied to our CRM all in one. I like that I only have to use one platform.
