Hubspot is user friendly, and when it isn’t—there’s help.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to learn. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at first, but the tools are (for the most part) intuitive and quick to master. When things go wrong (usually by user error), HubSpot support is always there to give quick assistance and educate on how to make things better moving forward. HubSpot makes me feel smart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes solutions are difficult to find and can be hidden from everyday users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes everything I do in my marketing role easier, and it also helps me empower teammates to learn new skills and own their projects.

i can easily send newsletter emails and segment different customer lists.

the coding for the email templates makes it difficult to adjust them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we need to send info to our customers so the newsletter marketing emails help with that a lot.
Fairly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy and straight forward to use. Pretty self-explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some simple things I want to do like move things around in emails or landing pages that HubSpot just does not allow the platform to do which is frustrating.

Having all the data in one spot is super helpful when our insights are scattered

The ease of use makes it possible for different team members to know exactly how to use HubSpot in a way that benefits them. Also the number of features and the frequent updates are very nice.

The overwhelming amount of features, it is important to align your goals with the possible features.

It makes it possible to engage with our customers on a automated basis.
Better than most of the Marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing hub has a plethora of features that makes it one software for every task. You can send emails, quotes, track documents and more along with email automations

Hubspot is a great software if you buy the complete suite of sales and marketing hub. If you buy it indiviually, there are some limitations

Love HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very user friendly. I love their email marketing tool, the drag and drop makes it super easy and simple to create beautiful emails. I also enjoy their forms, HubSpot forms are a huge part of our business and their automated workflows make life much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a huge fan of their landing page feature. Their chat is really great but didn't love our initial customer support training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves all of my marketing automation and is tied to our CRM all in one. I like that I only have to use one platform.
HubSpot for Small Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing has some great features - ease of implementation, having all of my reports in one place, ease of use, and great customer support. The layout is intuitive and it is generally easy to find everything in one place.
The email feature lets you send from one email address, and set another reply-to address, which is terrific as we have a franchise system. I can send out one email and have it set up so each franchisee gets direct replies from their contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the price is prohibitively high. I find it frustrating that in order to use some of the features I have to upgrade to other starter hubs (operations, sales), which just adds to the cost and feels unneccesary.
It's great to have everything in one place, but many of the HubSpot Marketing Features are available for free in their native apps (i.e., google analytics), or with less expensive apps.

HubSpot provides all the marketing features I need in one spot, which makes my data and projects easier to manage.
Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create and preview social medai posts across all platforms in the same place. The scheduling interface is one of the best I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to submit social media posts for approval. It would be great if you could add an approval workflow to social media sceduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by allowing me to post across multiple social media accounts at once, while wtill being able to make the context and scedule specific for each individual platform.
All in one intuitive CRM and CMS tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the data is in one place. Very intuitive layouts.

Sometime the features aren't available. Also the pricing levels

Having data that is digestible in one place which we can take action from
