A great all-in-one Marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's a well crafted all-in-one solution for my email marketing and social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. HubSpot is great and continually improves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an all-in-one solution with a built-in hub for storing visual content to be easily accessed at any time.
Everything together in one place
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is simple and easy to use. We came off Salesforce which is almost too flexible and allows you to create messes. HubSpot understands best practices of Marketing and their software guides you to those best practices without feeling like it's too restrictive.
It's also tied to all of our Sales and Support data, which means reporting on the full affect of our Marketing efforts is extremely easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I find lacking is the inability to track offline events such as tradeshows and attach that to our campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a single place our entire organization can go to stay informed on an account.

It's so easy to use and helps accomplish so much.

The fact that there are multiple ways to accomplish the same goal is good but sometimes can make it hard to determine best practices.

HubSpot helps us ran all of our marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish.

I love using HubSpot Marketing Hub because it's east to use, and I can see everything in one place!

I wish it integrated with more services.

Helping me to see which deals have been influenced by marketing.
Great tool to optimize marketing
What do you like best about the product?
A great hub to bring multiple accounts and activities into one place. Like digital ads, for example. Instead of signing into 3 separate places, I can manage ads in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ridiculous costs to move up a service tier from $50/month to $1,000/month. Where's there in between offering that allows for more customization? Perhaps an a la carte membership where I can add the features I need for $200/month. I'd sign up for that

Automation and attribution are key for me right now

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the number oe benefit of HubSpot - from entering in data for contacts and companies, to filtering your data, to creating reports and dashboards, the platfrom is very intuitive and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain presets that can't be altered, which can cause a lot of frustration as a user. For example, there's a list of free email providers that you can block from completing form submissions. However, the list is all or nothing - you can't cherry pick which domains to include/exclude, which is problematic for our business as we want to keep free ESPs like google, yahoo, hotmail, etc. and still sort out the bad actors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us do so many different things all in one platform. It's our CRM for our sales team to track contacts, companies and deals. It's our tool for our email list. It's our website builder. It's our lead tracker. And it's our social media manager.
Easy to Use Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very intuitive and easy to use. They offer lots of training videos and self-serve support articles and tutorials. When I have to get in touch with support, they are always knowledgeable and able to help me. I almost always am able to chat with support. If chat isn't available, I can come back in a few minutes and it is available. Or I can call the support line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting functionality is difficult to use and missing the ability to report on certain criteria. For example, I can build a list of contacts that have filled out a form on a specific page, but not a report. The AI stuff is cool, but I rarely actually use the suggestions. I was excited to use the AI campaigns beta to build a landing page, knowing I would need to go in and edit all the copy, but it doesn't actually use our primary LP templates so it's not useful for us right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot brings everything together to make it easy to track activity and metrics across multiple channels and platforms. Since our sales team also uses the CRM, we are able to track marketing impact on pipeline as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Hubspot the past 4 years and I'm always surprised how they get better everytime! Features always being fixed and upgraded and awesome customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations in the creative part, for examples in the creation of landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot marketing my team can have a complete overview of how our initiatives are resulting.
Fully integrated UX makes things simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can build landing pages to start off a customer journey, and then follow it up through an automated workflow, and make a complete and uniform experience for your customer. I also love that hubspot integrates into our company customer database and we can market to warm leads as soon as they become service ready, and all of it can be automated which makes it easy to implement the features. Set it and forget it, until you have to run the report.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tedious to keep correcting errors that happen multiple times throughout the lifespan of a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team of 2 handle a huge workload because of all the automation available.
