Great Marketing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hub Spots ease of use. I can handle all of my social media ads, SMS and email all in the same platform. Love the reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features can be tricky to learn. Would like to see more demo videos for features like SMS set up and social ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined my social media advertising and review process. The email platform I love.

What do you like best about the product?
Within a few weeks, I went from having no marketing assets to having multiple landing pages, measurable call-to-actions, easy-to-report-on email nurtures and automated workflows. I love how intuitive and enabling the marketing hub is: from the design elements to the content workflows to reporting, I replaced a good amount of third-party tools with one single platform that I live in every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
If this is your first time using marketing automation, it can get complex fast. Regardless of your tool, there are a lot of assets to think of and elements to tie in together. It takes time and focus to put in place, but it is rewarding once you do.

The way the pricing is done, the addition of contact can be a little confusing, but once you know the system just automatically tiers and bills you once you've reached your threshold, the fear of running out goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, I now have a single platform to use in my day to day tasks. That platform is powerful enough to make me segment my visitors, leads, clients and evangelists in a way that save me time and effort and creates a new strategic point in the relationship with clients. Hubspot allows me to innovate in my marketing operations and marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, everything is where you expect it to be, it's extremely intuitive

There not much, multi subsidiary support would be extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with third-party products, social media tools, Website content management, and analytics tools. Best Automation tools for E-mail marketing.

Lack of contacts storage and difficulty to manage contact data.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is fairly easy to use and if you get stuck their online training library is pretty comprehensive.
Currently using daily as a clients has subscription package.
you can personalise your home page so when you log in you go to the bits you use most .
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media platforms change their posting preferences and this sometimes cashes with Hubspot functionality. They seem to want to keep up and regularly fix issues, but can be a little behind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables posting and scheduling to multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great platform for all-in-one marketing. I like having email, CRM, social, landing pages and more all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve and HubSpot's platform is constantly changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot gives some of our smaller clients the ability of marketing automation at a fair price. We are able to push more of our services to our clients because of HubSpot's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an extremely user-friendly offering that offers the exact features I need to flawlessly post to our social channels. I love how easily integrated everything is and that I can schedule out unlimited posts, choosing when and where content is posted. It makes my job as a social media specialist simple and strucutred!
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any dislikes of HubSpot. I do occasionally run into image issues, where images appear clear upon upload and then pixelated when posted - but that is an easy fix!

Hubspot is allowing me to work ahead in my social media scheduling, while keeping my content calender organized and acheivable

What do you like best about the product?
Creating reports, tracking paid ads results (well, from FB, Google, and LinkedIn anyway), and building landing pages. Things aren't perfect, but HubSpot is absolutely the best CRM I've ever used. They have nice quality-of-life features you don't get from platforms like Infusionsoft, etc. There are also things about HubSpot that just don't make sense. Overall, it's the best there is and absolutely worth the investment.

The landing page builder is mostly good, especially the ability to save sections as templates. But it has several imperfections.

Reports have gotten a lot better over time, but there's still work to be done for them to catch up with Salesforce.

Customer Support is really good. There is a lot of documentation, and the reps are very helpful.

It's pretty easy to implement - especially the ad tracking piece. I use this every day.

I'm excited to see SMS and page activity come out of beta. These are both overdue.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, it's super frustrating that they haven't integrated with the other large advertising platforms yet. Why are there no integration with Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Quora, Spotify, Reddit, Twitter (or X), etc To be a true marketing hub, I need better data tracking for these other platforms, and HubSpot needs to do a better job with this.

Also, their integration with Salesforce could use some work. Because we have a long sales cycle, the Ads tab doesn't always update with closed won deals. While a minor thing, it's dumb that we can't easily tell in HubSpot when a first-touch deal for marketing is closed. We have to use Salesforce instead.

Second, I don't like that static lists can't be easily converted to active lists.

Third, the landing page build is seriously outdated - even with their new 'update.' Why is there no default 'tablet' view? Why can't I edit text in the responsive view? While the builder is great overall, these small things make it super frustrating. It's basically a slightly better version of software like Leadpages or Clickfunnels.

Fourth, you need to fix your integration with Google Ads. Specifically, make it easier for us to create native forms and pass the leads back into HubSpot without a Zapier integration.

HubSpot solves the basic needs of any marketing team. Specifically, I can easily report on the performance of paid ads on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. Email marketing is super easy & the analytics are the best of seen. Setting up automated workflows is also super easy.
