Great all-in-one marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, many templates to help beginners, advanced reporting to dive into details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be limited if you're doing advanced work, but Hubspot release many new features every month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to get all of our marketing in one place. Much easier to manage the CRM, marketing content, and campaigns.
User friendly marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub allows you to implement marketing initiatives across multiple channels with ease. From the easy creation of content, to user journey experience and reporting, it is a true all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is always a challenge for platforms like Hubspot when you need go start to use them at the startup level with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of having a small and nimble marketing team to execute multiple campaigns and initiatives. The platform makes is easy to manage.
Easy to use and helps our company publish content efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how when posting on social media, it posts the copy as formatted. I have used other sites that didn't properly space copy, which meant I had to go back and edit live posts on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to set a schedule and have content populate those spots, like Buffer offers. We post a lot of curated content, and rather than being able to just "schedule as next post," I have to manually pick a time and date every time throughout a full batch of curated content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy to post all kinds of content across our social media feeds. It's also been helpful for recreating our forms from other programs so we can have analytics in all one place.
Game changing Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has absolutely elevated our business. Particularly we love blending different tools using workflows to create the best experience for our leads and customers. Customer support is also excellent. We use it everyday across multiple departments with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms are limited and we've had to outsource that. The email and landing page designers could use more templates. Implementation takes a while to set up but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to effectively see a customer's journey from the initial ad they clicked to the end of their purchase and helps us see important insights so we can take positive steps forward

What do you like best about the product?
The email platform is what I use the most, and am pretty much in the weeds of it everyday. There a lot of layers to the email platform and a lot of analytics that you can see about your contacts and frequent users. I've not had a lot of issues and when I do, the customer service and support teams are available to answer questions. The system has been easy for us to implement with marketing staff across the different teams in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some older contact lists that we have from acquisitions and we have been trying to integrate the lists into one cohesive list. Even though they are opted in contacts, some of the lists are outdated so we have had a lot of bounces. After a large % of hard bounces, the system stops the sending of the email to flag the bounces. However, there isn't an easy way to just have it continue sending the rest, you have to reupload the remainder of the list after identifying which ones were bounced or already sent and clone an e-mail to be able to send out another one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredibly easier now to send our emails to larger distribution lists and to be able to easily track the clicks, opens, and have teams across the company all be able to see the same data without it being restricted to one team or having to share content and data and lists back and forth.

HubSpot Marketing HUB makes my life better (and easier)!
What do you like best about the product?
When we transitioned to HubSpot the biggest impact was having everything in one place. The capabilities are endless, the data insights pulling into singular (customizeable) dashboards are a marketers dream. It's nice not to have to code switch from tool to tool. And, it's extremely user friendly and accessible—like every tool should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our website is a WordPress site and we're not looking to migrate that to HubSpot so we do have some limitations when it comes to features and data collection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us consolidate our tools into one easy-to-use platform. The automation opportunities take a lot of manual work off our plate and allow for much better data insights.

A lot more templates for brokers to utilize

The only issues I've run into is trying to add someone into my contact list that is already in somebody else's data base within our organization.

Being able to reach out to hundreds instead of individually
Hubspot has been great to work with as the company I work at values collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Social tab in the marketing hub. Hubspot makes it easy to schedule and review past and future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a new beta comes out, it can take a little bit of adjusting having no heads up about said beta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has solved the pestering issue of using multiple different platforms across the company. It's been great having a tool that is user friendly and centralizes all of our data.
