What do you like best about the product?
I think the new AI tool is fantastic; it really helps when we're feeling pressured or can't think of anything creative to do. Everything is included, including the ability to create contacts, send email campaigns, and track contributions. Additionally, there are numerous options for product integrations in which the products are certified. Setting up forms and CTAs is really simple. It is simple for us to train a new hire through Hubspot Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently have to search through multiple areas to locate the data I need. Emails that are not opened can't be automatically resent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for email marketing, social media scheduling and posting, our blog, and our website. We use Unbounce to collect leads, and then Hubspot to forward them to our SDRs. contains numerous automation capabilities, making the process of designing campaigns more simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Its been a best All in one marketing automation platform with best functionality like Leads management, customer relationships management, Content personalisation, Inbound marketing, Email/Ads marketing, CRM integration, Implementing landing pages and forms, Ease Social media management and finally SEO optimisation as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
The two thing i can add here its bit expensive, but its features are worth the price and it will take some time to master all the functionality of setting up campaigns. But, customer support team will help for integration and it has its own learning platform to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a campaign operator it solves my problems like CRM integration, Email Marketing and scheduling, Contacts nurturing, Social media management, SEO optimisation, CRM integration, Analytics of campaigns performance, Customized individual dashboard can be done and it offers good scalability to enhance my marketing strategy.

That it connects and integrates with the rest of the HubSpot hubs and tools.

Campaigns feature is probably the weakest one.

What do you like best about the product?
This system is remarkably functional and much of it can be used for free. So if you are a SMB getting started, it's an excellent system to use. As you grow and need more services you can become a paying customer which is reasonable vs. other systems like marketo, salesforce, netsuite, etc. The capabilities stack up nicely however. This is truly a "business class" system. I also went to several of the local user groups where they trained on best practices so we got a feel for the quality of customer support & we also met up with other users. Those were fantasticl There is also a whole range of product integration optioins where the products are certified and you just hit "go" to implement the integration. You will find that you will be using it every day and will come to rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of places where you find where you want to use a service level (or if you exceed some of the thresholds) and you have to pull out your credit card to continue, but frankly this is perfectly normal. To provide such a great service, they deserve to get paid. What's cool is it is a true "try b4 you buy" and yet you keep all the work, contacts, etc. when you do become a paying customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of all customers (contacts and accounts) and tracks when emails & web pages are opened or visited so you can track engagement.

1. to be honest disliking factors are not there a lot because I have used Other tools as well like Leadsquare, and Freshsales

Pathetic customer service & contract management and No one takes responsibility

The platform is really good, but the issue is with support and contract management team

We have been using the platform for more than 2 years & we reached out to them to amend the invoice date due to internal compliance. Based on receiving confirmation from HubSpot contract management, we processed their quote and approved the order.
But to our surprise, they raised and invoice pre-dating the order. The whole reason for requesting amendment to our subscripton period was to get invoice date changed, but that didnt happen.
Followed with contract & billing team for many days but they kept forwarding some silly emails without even reading understanding the core issues.
Even after repeated follow-up, no one was willing to arrange a call to resolve the issue.
Though the platoform is good, I won't recommend HubSpot to anyone with such kind of Service & Support staff. They will be behind you till you sign-up for the subscription, and then you are your own.
