Hub Spot Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that all my digital marketing efforts are centrally located in one spot. It makes it very easy to organize campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media posting is glitchy. Often my pictures won't load, but if I use the actual social media apps to upload, I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the addition of the AI writing tools and would like to see that implemented more for email marketing.

Limitations for small companies with a shoestring budget yet have tremendous potential to grow through utilization of Hubspot total package

It's convenient and easy to use.

Not that I have come across any. However, the customer service is slow sometimes.

We are trying to shift our website to Hubspot and so far it's going well.

Efficiency and Success: HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot on the whole has been a great marketing automation platfom for us which supports the CRM, web and deals.
Emails: eveloping the new tempaltes and using the WYSIWYG editor has been the best one to use

Hubspot system is lacking in basic e-commerce functionality that other platforms have at a fraction of the cost.

the email feature! this is the one I am using the most as we are trying to maximize our lead generation. Easy to use, lots of features for personalization

Great software for organizations that struggle to have a centralized marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
Having learnt the raw basics in WordPress a few years ago and switching to HubSpot just about a year ago, I found it was extremely easy and intuitive to use once I got used to the UI a bit. Everything is pretty easy to find and you can always use the search bar to point you in the right direction.
I wasn't there for the implementation but I understand from my colleagues that it was easy to do and was handled around 1-2 business days, considering that it had to migrate from another provider.
The customer support is really off the charts. Fast responses to chat, fast responses to tickets and a really quick resolution to all problems. I really appreciate a company that can get to you fast.
I'm using HubSpot daily and I can confidently say that I'm already moving with speed across the platform. I'm using many of its features including website editing, landing page creation, blog creation and editing and recently its chatbot for marketing.
With all the marketing activities and channels you can include in HubSpot I think it's the best platform for marketing teams trying to tie it all together and see what ROI their activities have. It's all in one place so it's super convenient to track.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes it feels a bit rigid in terms of image editing. You can resize and cut but that's about it. I often need to resize images to be ideally proportioned for featured image sizes or simply to fit into certain modules I'm using. While modules really depend on how they're set up, HubSpot would surely go from great to amazing if it had more editing features included.

First, I'd have to say the centralization of many marketing activities and channels. Where it was once about a dozen tools, now it's just HubSpot and it's been helping a lot!
Second, web and content are hosted, including marketing assets and documents so I have another repository where I know I can safely keep all marketing assets.
Third, landing page building. It's a seamless and easy experience, with forms and CTA features that are very easy to include and connect. Here I'd have to add A/B testing as well, it's extremely easy to set up.
Fourth, let's go for email marketing. Both the newsletter and promotional emails are very easy to create and add to workflows. Lists are also very easy to create.

I like the advanced automation that allows us to work efficiently.

The support of integrations. As when something doesn't work, there is no one to help you.

Its all in one platform where we keep all out customer data.

When scheduling emails, would be nice if we can input the time instead of choosing every 15min intervals

We primarily use HubSpot Marketing for EDMs, and this solves one of our main Marketing goal that highlight beneficial for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and it helps our organization achieve our goal of lead generation. We're glad that we can utilize its email, SEO, website, and form features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As time passes by, the options are getting stiff. There should also be more features in email and SEO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation feature of HubSpot Marketing Hub such as in the forms helps me in determining whether we have a new lead and also notifying the entire team of leads that need to be processed. It benefits me because of less manual work and also for efficiency.
