What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the best UI/UX design which helps the end users to work seamlessly to complete the expected work in short time. It also helped me in marketing campaigns which led to the high trades of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated ads can be improvised to get the user expected output, wherein I feel now it's limited to a certain extent. Moreover AI can be used to create the exact design which is in the minds of the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has replaced the manual ad creation with the automated ad creation function available within the software. It also helps in creating email campaigns which benefits n number of users.

Customizable platform for everything marketing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub is my go-to platform for marketing campaigns and tracking. It offers an abundance of options to segment contacts and lists, create workflows and labels, and customize reports just as you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to be mindful of how many new contacts you're adding. Each subscription plan comes with a limited amount of contacts included. If you have too many, you'll have to pay extra - to my knowledge, there's no warning or notification when you're close to the contact limit for your plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our other CRM doesn't offer many options for segmentation and reporting. HubSpot is a big time saver for visualization of marketing metrics and performance for our annual reports.

Versatile for small companies

What do you like best about the product?
I use HS workflow, email, landing page and lead scoring. It's intuitive, easy to use, and the self-serve support team is super helpful. I used Pardot and Marketo before, but I think if you have a database size of <100K contacts, Hubspot is still the best. The workflow is a lot better than the Engagement program of Pardot
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign sync between HS and Salesforce could be challenging. Pardot will give you better insights through Connected Campaign. There is workaround on HS Marketing Hub, but it's not as seamless as I'd expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Building nurture campaign
- Get attribution from campaign
- Build lead scoring

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to schedule out social posts for blogs and other content super easily and in a timely manner

The lay out of the social posts could be better especially wish there was a way to preview your items

What do you like best about the product?
I like the email template builder the best for my specific purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in the social, specifically with LinkedIn, and I am unable to tag other individuals, only businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can log in and use one dashboard for email, social, etc. I love that!

Platform for the advanced or beginner

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub is incredibly user friendly. Easy to learn and easy to teach / train. I also admire the fact that almost all new features are included without an additional cost. The functionality grows year over year, alongside your team and their experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Every time I think I might hit a functional roadblock, it is almost always already on their roadmap to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small, lean team and Hubspot Marketing Hub allows them to get more done in less time. It allows them to think smarter as opposed to working harder thanks to automation, tagging, etc. It also allows my less marketing-skilled team members to assist us in times of need due to the user-friendliness of the marketing hub.
