Love the marketing Hub, please help me more!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with pretty much any tool imaginable, and the automations for marketing emails and content are invaluable. I also appreciate how it integrates with the CMS and our sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more instruction throughout, and better troubleshooting. For example, if there's an error that appears when I'm trying to create a workflow, telling me what the error is and how to resolve it (i.e. this field needs a different date for the trigger, go here to set the date) would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it's having all our data and contact activity in one place. Being able to look at what pages a contact looked at before/after converting is enormously helpful to our team. We also have a lot of people looking at contacts across depts, and seeing a whole history of communication is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot gives you a simple path to start but it also has the power to handle scaleable processes for enterprise level marketing. Minimal numbers of forms and workflows drive large quantities of landing pages easily. Controls the sprawl and integrates well with many other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we are surprised by changes to workflows functionality that require us to make updates to our existing workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates seamlessly with our CMS, lets us track attribution for prospect engagement, lets us upload multitudes of tradeshow lists efficiently, is our marketing email platform, and easily integrates with other products in our tech stack to automate tasks for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate, easy to access information, user-friendly way to build key marketing tools and easy to add in branding elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could type in a business question and have HubSpot create the report I need to answer that business questions (c'mon AI!)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to engage with audiences in multiple accounts with different branding. Also the form tool is good for having people registered and listed for future initiatives and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to connect multiple platforms like youtube, it send a notification of the account not being public, which stops the connection. Also, the post or content creation tool for email gets buggy in some occasions, and refresh is needed. Also, Canva integration is buggy and requires refresh or getting the cache cleared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a brand with multiple sub brandings or programs, all in one account. Also, the possibility of assigning accounts to an specific team to schedule content or publish has helped to have more control in the posting or scheduling process.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to manage marketing, sales and CRM of our company at one place. We have got all the right tools and industry competitive platform that helps us with each and everything from creation to management and deliverables. The platform is quite easy for all and even if you are stuck, you can get the help from their informational blogs. And the best part is you can get a sneak peek with their free trial. We are quite comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plans and overall pricing structure of Hubspot is not favorable and many find it overpriced. The billing is also an annual thing, making it even more complex and complicated. I’d really wish they could find a better solution to this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is the most automated, robust, as well as competitive platform out there. Small to large businesses can benefit from it but the only thing that bothers many is their pricing and pricing plans. If you are okay with it, you should opt for it without any doubts. Hubspot was a platform that usually met the needs of small businesses back in the 2000's. Now it has grown into one of the leading marketing platforms in the industry because of the quality product that actually helps the customers with its top-notch tools. We have grown with Hubspot and no matter what, we love using it!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enoy the asset management possibilities, making it really easy to upload and organize content to use across email, social, blogs, and landing pages. I am able to create and schedule all of these things more efficiently because of the libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating how often I have to relink my social channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule and plan social media posts efficiently so I can go back to other tasks that need more creative attention. I am able to start campaigns and make content fast which helps me get things in front of decision makers in a way that really makes me look good!

Connects a Marketing Team Seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
Before HubSpot, all of our marketing focuses were tracked in multiple different spreadsheets (manually updated) or not tracked at all! Now with HubSpot all of our efforts can now be tracked in one platform with endless custom reports at the touch of a button. Everyone is able to see progress of campaigns in a second and conversations are done faster and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are that you cannot upload your brands fonts into email or web if you want to use their templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now see the user journey for all of our ads, social or organic efforts. We can now finally understand which areas are most valuable for leads for our company.

Simplify marketing processes and execution

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and ability to quickly figure out how to function within the platform is uncomparable when put up against Pardot and other competitors. It still provides a very advanced level of marketing automation and ability to easily craft campaign pieces, but you don't have to be overly technical to try to make what you want to happen become reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to find where features may have moved within the system after not using it for awhile or in trying to find where permission settings live within the setup is about the only issues I tend to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to execute marketing campaign deliverables and get high level and more detailed analytics and reporting across those tactics. We've been able to get a better picture of what our marketing efforts are driving for demand generation.
