Hubspot makes marketing and sales alignment come together much more efficiently!
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful tool (beyond the basic needed assets like email, social etc.) is the tracking URL building to help track ROIs as well as campaign manager. Love that both marketing and sales teams have full visibility on both. Thank you hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifically within the social planner, it would be nice if we could tag accounts. The purpose is to schedule posts in bulk through hubspot but then having to manually log into the social platform to tag users/ accounts somewhat defeats that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
bringing everything together in one place (sales info on pipeline, tracking, and marketing project visibility)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everythign is in one place. I can look at my Google Ads, schedule social posts, and create emails all in the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to not like honestly, but maybe that their social posting platform could be better? But that's just me trying to find something bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve our lead generation problems so we can effectively build landing pages, connect them to campaigns, and see our ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
After having experience with other Marketing tools, Hubspot is by far the most user friendly + robust option for smaller business or less experienced users!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! HubSpot surpasses competitors in this category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed us to customize content for prospective students during different parts of their journey, from inquiry to application.

Easy to connect with various marketing dashboards to be able to see all the data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could include more channels as well like Instagram, Tiktok, etc.

Bring able to have data collected and analysed in a single dashboard with report customisations

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to manage all of our content marketing, from social media. email creation and contact management. It's also extremely user friendly and they're constantly releasing Betas and updating the experience to stay ahead of the game. I'm excited for all of the new AI features to come in 2024.
What do you dislike about the product?
I's say the only con is that it's pretty expensive, but I've been happy with our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media and collaborating to view deals across the Sales team. It's great for lead tracking, analytics and reporting.
Top notch platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the resources available and how intuitive setting up marketing programs are. When I get stuck I know the question has been asked and has a variety of different responses available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly dislike the lack of landing page tracking capabilities. I would love to have similar heat map capabilities to email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company was using very manual email marketing techniques so connecting HubSpot to our CRM has made our lives so much easier. It also has increased our ability to pivot quickly and change content, create new landing pages and test out a variety of different campaigns in conjunction with automation.

What do you like best about the product?
They're continuously improving the product with features we need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes load speed can lag, and with all the continuous improvements it can be challenging to transition to the new way of doing things.

Helping us manage attribution of our campaigns, upload/manage lists, automate marketing nurture campaigns and field sets/assignments back to Salesforce CRM
Marketing Hub manages my email campaigns seamlessly!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that forms, website pages, blogs are so easy to navigate and manipulate. These assets streamline the time it takes to publish and start engaging leads! I can also easily track where a contact has touched any one of my marketing assets as part of their conversion path.
What do you dislike about the product?
utm tracking has been a tad complicated when it comes to using third party robo blockers.

hubspot is giving us the ability to build out marketing channels that we can analyze performance on so that our data can help us more wisely spend marketing dollars!
