Relieved to find a Marketing Automation solution that works
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot ecosystem just works. Starting from a core CMS and building hubs (marketing/sales/service) on top of it makes data archetecture simple and straightforward... something its competitors are struggling to do at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because HubSpot sells you on the entire ecosystem, it's an all-or-nothing approach to moving onto the platform. You have to really be convinced (and able to advocate that to leadership) to move your operations to HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub consolidates our customer data and marries it with our advertising and outreach so that we get a comprehensive view of customer engagement without complicated integrations or third party assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing tools in HubSpot Marketing Hub are extremely easy to use and extensive, but the best part about marketing is the ability to manage and optimize campaigns based on data across every customer touchpoint (marketing, sales and service) on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub or HubSpot in general, but if I had to say anything it would be that while HubSpot can do a lot of different things really well, there are point solutions that can do some things better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easier for me to scale my marketing efforts and understand what's working well and what's not. I can make better decisions and prove the value of my marketing efforts to my finance and executive team.

Some of the limitations on form conditional information and logic.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Marketing Hub for 6 years and I have been a happy customer all the way through. Intuitive marketing automation paired with constant new features and quality of life improvements are a killer combo!

I tend to prefer using platform native ad tools rather than Marketing Hub because functionality is basic.

HubSpot streamlines our marketing efforts and provides helpful insights on the performance of our tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendlines is amazing. Really love all the tools and centrality of everything. We previously came from Zoho and this is a much needed improvement!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much that I can think of, we are pretty new to the Marketing Hub world.

The ability for it to be a central marketing hub for us. We previously had a very disconnected and disjointed marketing process which caused things to fall through the cracks.

Limited capabilities depending on the tier that you are in.

The ability to stay in front of our customers and prospects, no matter where they are in their journey.

For social carosuel you can not upload pdfs through the scheduler.

Automating tasks and empowering content with AI
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows tool is by far my favorite aspect of Marketing Hub. From automating tasks, nurturing leads, and assigning leads to anything else you can imagine with custom code - the tool does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the tool has grown so large that some of the navigation is a bit difficult to understand. For example to find lead scoring requires clicking through 4 different menues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to implement end-to-end campaigns with fully baked in reporting and automations. The new AI tools are making it insanely easy to go from campaign idea to fully fledged launch
Comprehensive, easy, and has AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the eases of making lists and filtering lists within HubSpot Marketing Hub. It's so important to my segmentation and there are tons of options for filtering. HubSpot is so comprenesive that I can then easily use those same lists to send emails, segment dynamic content on my landing pages, filter contacts to plan, etc. I also love the ability to easily create emails and landing pages in a way that's so simple to learn but still so powerful. The AI campaign assistant tool makes this even faster now! You can select voice and tone, add some key points and a CTA and it will literally create a landing page for you. It even includes images!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so few things I dislike but one is that there's no way to direct people to a page to manage their subscription preferences without requiring them to find an email in their inbox and click the link in the footer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping make me more efficient through their AI tools and also helping us better meet customers and prospects where they are with options for both email marketing and SMS communication which is new!
Featured and Easy-to-use Marketing Automation Software
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot was the first automation tool, i have started working on it. This is go to software for me, easily adaptable for every fresher, I have been used to work on this for creating Marketing Email, Landing page, Forms, Ads, Report section and Dashboards as well. For those functions in HubSpot, I feel very easy to use and this functions are working perfectely here. And finally, Hubspot Support team offers a good customer suuport. Whenever i raise the issue, they will help to solve the issue immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
While exporting the file or list, naming for the file option will not be there and its working it would be great. Workflow setup needs some more features. While creating the list using filters, it will takings loading some time, if the database is huge or the filters are more.
But, those are minor issues, i feel. This performs well and satisfied my requirements at every day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Landing page creation, Email creation, Forms and Reports section for the client presentation. I feel Hubspot Dashboards are very easy and it can create the dashboards charts by using the multiple reports. Scheduling the campaigns and Ads integration for my client projects are very useful to me and much more features are helping me for Campaign Automation.
